Loving my new BMW 1 Series, I purchased the very same car from MP a couple years back and I returned because of how good of an experience it was last time. This is a younger model of what I had previously, everything is in the same place so really easy to get used to and I am overall very happy with my new car, the only little issue I have had is one of the bolts is very tight, we have been unable to get it off with a 20" breaker bar.. I's an obvious laps in judgment and easy human error, the after sales care team are willing to help if anything needs to be paid to get this resolved but other than this, everything is perfect. I am very very happy indeed, this is my first Optima but 4th or 5th Kia, I am a big fan off the manufactures and they make some really good cars nowadays. The biggest and best thing personally was the service, 10/10 across the board, I canny remember the salesmen name but he was excellent, kept me well informed throughout the process, the delivery arrangements went without issue and were very efficient, all the team I met were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. I genuinely can't pick a fault for trying.

Dealing with MP Motor Company has been easy, they are a really charming dealership, they have met every expectation they have set, kept us posted on repairs, the mot and generally just been very pleasant to deal with. The car itself is a little smaller than the Santa Fe we had before but isn't to outlandish of a choice for us. We haven't needed to get back in touch with the team since the purchase however, I get the impression they would be happy to help us with anything we needed.

So far, everything is ok. I have some little issues with the parking sensor, it is sometimes very noisy even when there is nothing there. I have been back too MP a few times and for now everything is ok. I have small problem with Martin, my car has MOT for just 2 months and he told me I would need to pay for a new MOT. I speak with the manager later and he told me this should have minimum 6 months and gave me the MOT for free. I am happy with the free MOT but I would have paid this if not for speaking with the manager. I can say, I am very happy with my car and with my service, just these little bits which could be better. I would still buy from MP again.

All is going well and I am really happy with my new Golf, I have had a few in the past, my last one was almost identical to this, this one is just a little younger. I am really comfortable with these cars, I really like the look of them and I have never really had problems. The customer service was very good, the communication was unwavering and all my questions were answered without delay. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from MP Motor Company again and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought myself a Land Rover Freelander to replace the money pit of an Evoque I thought would have been a good idea. I had two Freelander’s before the Evoque and wanted something a little more modern and more premium, I ended up losing quite a bit of money on it and should have stuck with what I knew. All the Freelander’s I have had in the past have been bulletproof, ran forever, never gave me any grief or cost me any more than I could afford to run and repair. I think from now, I will keep buying Freelander’s until there are none left. The gents at MP Motor Company were really good to work with, the only thing which could have been better was the cleanliness of the car, it was being valeted when I arrived to collect it which I think meant the job was rushed, aside from the valet, really good all-round experience and I am happy with my new motor.

I have never owned anything like a Seat Ateca, I have had Vauxhall Astra's, Mini's but nothing of the Seat family. The car is lovely, really easy to drive and big enough for all the family. 9 out of 10 seems fair, I never rate anything perfect but the service was really satisfying and the team were oh so lovely. I would defiantly recommend MP Motor Company

Purchased my 5th VW Golf, Golfs are great but to be fair, I love being comfortable and sticking to what I know. The car has been great so far, my friend bought a Range Rover from elsewhere and has had nothing but problems ever since, glad I chose a good, trustworthy dealership to buy my car from. The customer service has been brill, I would have to be really harsh to rate anything less than full marks.

I have always been loyal with Ford, I had the Fiesta, Focus and now I am in a Kuga which I bought from MP Motor Company. It's a little bigger than my Focus was but it's too big of a change. Everyone was lovely to meet, really professional and welcoming. I look forward to the next time I can do business with MP Motor Company. If I carry on the way I am going, it will be some type of Ford van next time lol.

No problems so far, I have had Mercedes for the last 8 years or so, this C Class is familiar territory and nothing to outlandish for me. It's sweet as, I haven't driven it all to much due to work commitments and the poor weather however, there are no clear warning signs that I have seen in some of my older cars. The lads were really attentive, helpful through out the process, no concerns or complaints from me.
