Bought a Land Rover from Scott, Had it delivered down to Surrey within a couple of days. Fantastic, friendly service. Really lovely motor! Cannot exult MTC high enough. Thank you Scott.

Sales said RAC doesn't know anything about cars auto trader the inspector from RAC didn't phone me untill four hours after you phoned me demanding he's phone number rac inspected car after m.o.t so you must have re m o.t car had it not been for the rac inspection of car you would have sold it with what is obviously a fake m o.t or you wouldn't have re m.o.t car after passing m.o.t any one who comes to your cars sales should be aware that you sale cars that have fake m.o.ts if you have to re m.o.t car after rac inspection and you didn't return deposit untrust worthy dishonest car sales people look at auto trader review about MTC Direct.

I bought a mini cooper from MTC Direct. After a lot of problems taking it back 8 times they said they would refund my money if they could not sort out the problem this time we shook hands in it a gentlemen's. agreement they did not sort out the problem but refused to refund my money. They said they washed their hands of the car after I wanted the car back after they had it for 9 days for a job that they said would only take half an hour to fix. They said they were test driving it and I took it back before they had finished with it. 9 days for a half an hour job. Do Not Purchase A Car From them.

Hi Kim thank you for your review and please believe me when when I say we do not want people to have a bad experience when buying a vehicle but please remember they are used vehicles and sometimes things do go wrong with them. The 8 times you claim you have had to bring the car back to us is a slight stretch on the truth but we I realise we have had it back 3 times for 2 different issues. Unfortunately the 3rd time was because of a faulty part supplied to us. Each time you have been supplied with a courtesy car to avoid any disruption while we had yours for repair. I will not be replying to this review by stating all of the threats I received from yourself and the frankly horrible language that you used towards me whist I have tried my upmost to help. I would like to finish by saying that on the last occasion you returned the vehicle we both agreed that I would not give you the car back until I had had chance to drive it myself to test it! The car was returned to us on Wednesday afternoon after it had been fixed and the coil spring was replaced FOC I say FOC as coil springs would not be covered as they can break if you hit a pot hole and damage is not covered! On Wednesday night I drove the car home to test over the next 2 days as Thursday and Friday were my days off so I was able to fully test the car which you were agreeable with. On Thursday at 10am I had a call from Nigel to say you had called the office very irate to say you were not happy and you wanted the car returned to you straight away you then arrived to us and waited for an hour for me to come in to give you the car might I add now untested at your request as you did not allow me to do so even though you had previously agreed this with me! Needless to say you were then extremely rude yet again shouting that the light was on at which point you realised it was the petrol light!!!! Many thanks Scott MTC DIRECT MANAGER

I am pleased with my VW Scirocco from MTC Direct! I have had a couple of issues with it but nothing to serious and the dealership have covered the cost of all the repairs. All of the staff were very helpful and easy to deal with and I think the car is very good value for money. I would very happily recommend MTC Direct to anyone!

Bought a Subaru Outback from MTC Direct and had lots of problems within ten weeks of purchasing it which has cost me over £2000 to sort. They were very unhelpful, always trying to blag their way out of the issues Even sold me the car with service history which when it eventually got sent only had one stamp in which consisted of an oil change!

Not surprised at all. Happened to me as well they are liars they twist things around and they sell cars with dodgy mots. Found this out when we put the mini in to a BMW garage current mot on computer did not match the one they gave me. Also service book was missing.

The car is beautiful but has a few issues with it which let it down. The dealers were helpful and friendly though and the process was very smooth however, I would not recommend MTC as they should have been more honest about the condition of the vehicle.

Found the car on the Auto Trader website and so went into MTC Direct to take a look at the car. I asked them if it had been serviced, they said it had been serviced recently and they were kind enough to re-service it for me to make sure it was perfect. MTC Direct provided me with great customer service, very happy, I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a car.
