Unfortunately for this customer the company handling the running of the warranty went in to administration we had paid the premium, the FCA took over and monies were paid out including us who had paid out for claims in advance.

The cars warning light came on indicating an oil pump problem, we were quite prepared to sort the problem out but Nicola insisted it was carried out by Halfords in Milton Keynes we did not agree with this but never the less she was aliment and they did replace the pump and the fault persisted. The car was returned to the finance company and on to us. We placed the pump again and followed the the correct procedure detailed by Audi Northampton. There have not been any problems since and the car is still on the road and has an Mot May 2024. Nicola instance was the cause of her problems.

I bought a car from this garage on Sunday 20mins before they closed the garage. The owner said he was in a rush and had to be somewhere by 4pm. I bought the car in good faith as he said it was in perfect working condition. I asked him if there were any issues about the car I should be aware of and he repeated that it was a perfect clean car. When feeling the paper work he ticked the box saying that I had done road test with vehicle and that I was satisfied with the condition. I challenged him about that and he crossed the yes box he had ticked. When he was about to lock his garage I parked the car by the garage gate while I was trying to contact my insurance . I left the car idling and when I turned i saw thick black soot coming out of the car and it made the road where it was parked black. The idling was irregular , it was going high and low on its own, the were rattling and squeaking sounds from the engine. Although it was a small c2 car the sound was like it was lorry or something or that sort. I went home left the car at the garage and called them to say I didn't want the car anymore. My bro returned the car keys and the parked their car in the garage. They have continued to refuse to refund my money even though I never drove the car from their garage. Only after being called second time he says the car has a burst pipe but I paid for the car so I have to have it despite saying clearly that I don't want it anymore. Now he keeps saying his boss is not in and he won't give me his mobile so that I can speak with him since he is the one I bought the car from. Please citizens be watchful when dealing with this dealer. Keep your money stay away.

This car was and old part exchange sold cheaply to clear and any complaint was submitted well outside any warranty period given.

All very good posting a review without giving any clues to who this supposed purchaser is and to which vehicle, we can all go round giving bad reviews with no way of redress against the complaint.
