Really happy with my car I purchased. I applied on Saturday for finance which I was very unsure if I would even get approved. But they made it happen for me. I purchased a lovely Mercedes C220d on Saturday and was delivered to me within 72 hours. Really pleased with the service and the car itself. Amazing work Amazing team. Thanks MulticarFinance definitely will recommend to friends and family.

This company sold us a Vauxhall Grandland X reg: DN69DVA. Lovely looking car. Within 24 hours the engine management light came on. We informed them and was told to get it checked out at a local garage as we were over 2 hours away from Manchester where we picked it up. Local garage told us the spark plugs needed replacing as well as an engine coil. As parts needed ordering in we booked it in for the following week. However, within 72 hours of purchase the car lost power and I had to call the AA who informed us that this vehicle had already had damage inside the engine and needed replacing. After speaking with multicar we arrange it to be collected and we wanted to dissolve the agreement as it had only been in our possession a couple of days. Communication from them was appalling and when we did manage to get intouch they told us that they were trying to get the warranty sorted. 3 days later after no contact we called them up and managed to speak with a gentleman who told us that the AA was wrong it didn't need a new engine and it was fixed. (AA mechanic told us that it was a big job and would take at least a week) He told us that they no longer owned the car and it had to come back to us but we had not had the owner ddocuments sent and we were into week 2 by now. His attitude was disgusting, very immature and unprofessional. All the while this vehicle had been live for sale on their website and unfortunately still is. I really would not recommend this dealership as they lied to us, avoided contact and wasted time and it took writing a solicitors letter to get them to sort this out. AVOID AT ALL COST!! I wouldn't even give 1 star but I have to to continue the review.

The owner Johnny is a man that couldn’t or wouldn’t be honest if he tried He tell text you saying he done something and when you check he hasn’t

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased a car on finance in April 2024 - engine blew. They took it back after charging £2000. Sold us another car and guess what? ENGINE HAS BLOWN ON THIS - after 4 months. We paid outright for the car. So we are not covered by the financial ombudsmen! This company is NOT registered with the motor ombudsmen so they cannot help either. The awful warranty you get is useless. Not worth the ink on their brochure. The staff are appalling - Lee says yes - Johnny says no. They all have the gift of the gab. I am now having to go through the courts to get this resolved. They will not communicate. They will not respond when they tell you they will. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID!!!!!!

Don’t buy a car from this company, I didn’t check the reviews before buying a car on finance though multi car finance, this year 2025, they are such a rip off company, and trying to cancel the financing agreement with in 14 days that the law says you can do, but they don’t let you, so now I have to go through a lot of legal stuff, the car is over priced and it had been for in a accident that they didn’t tell me about, and failed to report, horrible company, totally ripping people off

I bought a new car from multi car fiance and trades my old one in and I must say Paul and steve were very helpful and understanding in what vehicle I wanted and found the perfect one for my needs, I would recommend anyone buying a car from. Them as they are brilliant
