We actually visited My Car Choice first but didn’t want to buy the very first car we saw, so carried on to look at another five dealerships. None of them came close to the level of service we experienced at My Car Choice, so we went back there and bought our Skoda Octavia. Our salesman was absolutely brilliant!! Never pushy, just polite, courteous and genuinely listened to what we wanted. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more to be honest.
The car had been parked under a tree, so they promised us a full valet before collection. True to their word it was as clean as a whistle and looked immaculate. We’re so impressed with the service that we’ve already recommended My Car Choice to a couple of friends. They'll put us on commission soon haha! Thanks again, Mr And Mrs K

The whole buying experience was done remotely. I had the car delivered to my address, and it was all as advertised. It was valeted and clean upon arrival, and the entire process was spot on.
