I’m getting on very well with the Fiat, it’s a good car. The customer service at My Car Choice was spot on. The person I dealt with was a top bloke and seemed like a really nice guy, someone you could trust. I would buy another car from them in the future.

Recently had my BMW Z4 repaired in the garage, and the car has been fine ever since we had the service done. Got the repair done and also offered good service.

I brought my car from them , all was fine at first then a few things were going wrong , and things missing , they give the reassurance on the phone but unless you are willing to travel back to them they won't fix anything , as I asked for it to go in my local garage to get sorted was told no we need it back to see if there is actually a fault , honestly why would I lie about that . I explained i was unable to get back to them was told until they have a look they wont authorise any repairs. The warranty only covers what they say it covers so dont think it will cover everything . I am not happy and have told them this .

As we have explained directly, our request for the vehicle to come back to us isn't to avoid helping or because we don't believe you. As the supplying dealer, we need a reasonable opportunity to inspect and diagnose the concerns reported before repairs or replacement parts are authorised elsewhere. We cannot reasonably authorise third-party repairs or replacement parts on a trial-and-error basis without first establishing the cause of the problem ourselves. We understand that travelling back to us isn't always convenient, and we've said we'll do what we reasonably can to minimise any inconvenience. Most importantly, we have not refused to help. Our offer to inspect the vehicle and address any qualifying faults remains open. We'd genuinely welcome the opportunity to get the vehicle back to us and resolve the concerns properly. My Car Choice

The Tesla I purchased from My Car Choice has been fine. Tanvir was helpful, I had no problems in terms of the service I received, he was fine with me. If I was looking for a new car I would go back to My Car Choice based on my experience.

We dealt with Tanvir at My Car Choice and he was brilliant. All the dealings I had with them were perfect! I have a small issue with the car telling me there is low mileage on the petrol but I have been too busy to get in touch with My Car Choice yet. Aside from that the car has been fine and they were all really nice.
