There was a little issue at the start of my purchase but the team was very quick and apologetic to get the problem resolved and since it's been resolved, everything has been smooth sailing. I honestly can't fault My Car Choice for how they handled the sale throughout the entire process! Everyone was always easy to get a hold of and very informative. We got my son's car from this dealership two months ago, and he's absolutely loving it. He uses it for work, football, and occasional trips but he can't get enough of it. The customer service was brilliant from everyone involved, they explained all the paperwork clearly, which was especially helpful as my 17-year-old son had just passed his test. They were very patient and accommodating, showing us around at our own pace during our visits. We went back twice before deciding. The car my son wanted had just arrived, and they managed to turn it around in just four days. We hadn't heard of this dealership before but my son found them online while sending me pictures of cars. We are only located in the next town over, so I was shocked that a great dealership was so close. His brother is jealous because he didn't get a Seat from here, so we might be back when he is ready to get a new car.

Unfortunately I've not managed to drive my new Seat as much as I'd like to because of how busy I've been but for the time I have driven it, It's been a brilliant car and that's why I hate not being able to go out in it more. On the day I was really grateful that the team offered me a test drive, which saved me the trouble of asking and it would have been a deal breaker if they didn't let me. I would happily visit My Car Choice again.

I've had my Audi A3 for a good couple of months now but unfortunately I work in London but my primary location is Cornwall, so I've only managed to drive my Seat for a couple of weeks after the purchase before I had to come back to London. I've not done a great deal of milage but it was enough to put the car through it's pace, and it's been doing well for now. I look forward to getting back home and driving it though.
