Excellent to deal with from start to finish. I dealt with Mal throughout my process, I was working away and explained it would be a few weeks before I could collect the car I was interested in but this was not an issue and the car was held for me upon deposit payment. The part exchange price, which was previously agreed through email and a couple of pictures of my previous car, was upheld as part of the deal, a rarity in my opinion as most dealers I have dealt with in the past will try anything to knock money off a car upon viewing. I drove 7-8 hours from up north for business opening time and the process for test drive of the new car, garage test drive of my previous car, road tax, V5, warranty, payments and all other relevant paperwork was completed in just over an hour, so these guys are very efficient in what they do as well. Would definitely recommend using this car garage and thanks again guys 👍

My Audi Q3 has been absolutely spot on as a daily daily driver and has been driving perfect since getting on the road. Ash was fantastic throughout, I thought he was very honest about the car and made sure everything (including delivery) went well. Definitely 5 stars, and I’ll be back here for my next one!

No complaints on my end because the whole process was made very easy. I saw the car online, headed down to the dealership, where Ashley was able to answer all of my questions. The BMW drove great on the test drive and I took it, as easy as that. Happy to give top marks for the service.

Mel & Ash were very helpful. Bought a X5 from them, no pressure with the sale. Unfortunately there was a problem with a suspension failure in the first hundred miles. They sorted this out quickly without a quibble. Great service, highly recommend.

To go from a thirsty 7 series to an economical Mercedes SLC has been the best decision I've made all year. I've had it for a little under a month now and I've only just had to refuel, not to mention the road tax is cheaper. I'll be keeping the car for a while that's for sure. Thank you to the salesman on the day for his great service. He was a really nice guy to get along with and after a bit of negotiation we came to an agreement on the car that we were both happy with.

So far my Range Rover Sport has been a nice car to drive, and running as it should. I haven’t driven it far yet, just a couple of motorway trips but nothing excessive but I'm very happy overall. Ash's customer service was excellent—I was really impressed with him and found him to be helpful throughout the process.
