I have dealt with a lot of dealerships in my time and My Next Car are by far the best, I've never dealt with a company where the staff are all so polite! When I did run into an issue they were extremely helpful and forthcoming, which makes life a lot easier! At present I would have no reason not to rate them five stars.

The car is great I'm really enjoying driving my new BMW... It's literally everything I wanted, it's perfect! The guys really helped me out and let me test drive the car with no pressure whatsoever. Where do I start? Lets start with the phenomenal customer service I received. This was the best experience I have ever had, I wont forget how we was greeted at the door. (I say we - Me and my Son in law). So we were greeted at the door after driving 150 miles with the loveliest coffee which was to die for. From start to finish the coffee was on hand all day long. We spoke about a price for my old car and they give me just what I wanted for it with no quibble. Now the moment we are waiting for.... THE CAR. Wow I love it, It was all ready for me on arrival, the guys even changed my reg for me too! I'm enjoying it so, so soooo much its just beautiful.. perfect in fact. Oooo its just the most beautiful vehicle you could ever wish to sit in (other than the Rolls Royce or a Bentley) The Mercedes is beautiful, its smooth, its clean, it smells good its the best most beautiful machine. Guess what! FIVE STARS FOR MY NEXT CAR!
