After searching for this particular model of car (Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian) I finally found one at this dealership. I called and spoke to Ashley who could not have been more helpful answering all of my questions, the car was exactly as described and was a very clean example. The sale was made very easy and smooth, both of the people in the office at the time of the sale, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to try “My next car” as they have a very large choice of vehicles all very well presented, and the family who run it could not be helpful and friendly.

I saw they were advertising a Porsche Cayenne GTS and called to enquire about it, Ashley was really helpful and after some discussion of the various aspects of the car, service history, etc. he offered to reserve the car if I put down a small deposit, which I did - knowing this model is very sought after. I traveled up from the south coast and was delighted with the condition of the Porsche (just as described), and found Ashley and all his team really friendly and professional - very easy to deal with. They quickly rectified a couple of minor issues found on the test drive, and after agreeing a reasonable trade in price I was able to drive the car home that same day. Overall I am very satisfied with My Next Car and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next car.

This company has been fantastic throughout. I first viewed my car (white AM Rapide S) and was very happy with the car which was exactly as described, in fact it was in far better condition than the two I looked at when I visited the main dealers a few days before. The car was priced competitively, had full main dealer history, a long MoT so we did the deal. There was only one key as the previous owner failed to supply the 2nd key so they very kindly offered to pay for a replacement after I had already bought the car! Not many places provide such a good service and actually do what they say but My Next Car did. and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Having purchased a great car from them unfortunately the Turbo failed after 100 miles. This was completely unforeseen and just one of those unfortunate things that can happen to any car, new or second hand. After the initial stress of a breakdown as soon as I phoned them I was relieved and confident that I was going to be well looked after. I was given the choice of having the car towed back to them to be repaired, getting it repaired at a garage near where I had broke down or a full refund. Due to time restraints and me living abroad, I sadly had to ask for a refund. Not only was I immediately fully refunded, they compensated me by paying for my flights to Stansted, and my return flights back home to the South of France. I was in the motor trade some 20 years ago and I can assure you that I have never heard of, or witnessed such great customer service. Many Thanks Antony.
