Had problems with this garage as soon as the car was bought. The owner is dodgy as well as the staff that work for him.

Brought a Mazda 3 from these guys for £4000 just over 4months ago, tracking was out which they paid for but now i have had to get the exhaust fixed as it was hanging off! Mechanic has said all the underneath is full of rust and i needed a new exhaust fitted at a cost of £258! They have told me they will not pay for the job or help out with costs as i never called them to get the ok to get it fixed. Do not expect to pay out money like that on a £4000 car after a few months of owning. They ignored all my emails regarding the matter and now i have called them they don't want to know! Stay well clear of these guys.

K k in response to DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!
You are absolutely wrong. You had seen the MOT of the car, you test drove the car, all your calls were answered. If you buy a brand new car from a main dealer and you do any sort of repair outside without prior authorization you will be told to get lost, moreover it's against consumer act. You even been offered a big discount on the car, but you refuse to tell the truth, just going around posting negativity.
Jade in response to DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!
Your car was sold with MOT describing the the rust. You were aware about it and seen the MOT before you bought it.
Bought a Toyota Yaris from them. Absolutely filthy when delivered despite being promised valet. Horn didn't work, boot wouldn't lock. Had to fight to get money back. Excuse the pun but steer well clear. Wanted to leave no stars but couldn't.
Alex in response to Do not buy from here
Dealers are not a rental companies so you can drive the car for 3 months build up the milage on the car and then when something goes wrong down the line you jump asking for a refund. You are buying a second hand car, you would expect something to go wrong down the line. Why don't you just go and buy a brand new car from a main dealer?? Please do not go around chatting rubbish. Your refund was issued as soon as your car was returned to the dealer.
Wish I could leave zero stars. Very bad experience. Car missing a part and sunroof not operational on collection, leaked water through roof within a month, asked to return car as is my right under the law if the car is not for for purpose. Gave one chance to repair. Same leak occured again. THen vehicle engine lights went on, diesel engine failed, went into limp mode on motorwway, very dangerous. Had mechanic come to diagnose what all the lights meant by logging into the OBD. Only there wasn't one. It had been removed. And he found loose dangling live wires. Informed garage who told ne the car must have been tampered with after being sold. Calls unanswered, sent to voicemail, excuses given as to manager's whereabouts when trying to contact after asserting my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Has refused refund, doesn't care about or acknowledge the law and has said their solicitor will write to me (god knows what about - making owner unhappy about knowing my rights?). I am taking them to the small claims court. They will have to offer a refund, even a partial one. That IS THE LAW. Very unpleasant once you have bought the vehicle and anything goes wrong. Office colleague bats off attempts to contact the manager, who apparently has to ask HIS managers whether he can offer me refund. What kind of operation is this? Avoid at all costs. And the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on, as you have to have every fault diagnosed (at your own cost) before they will decide whether it is covered by them or not. We'll see what the small claims court has to say about this.

Car broke down only 12 miles down the road. Spent 4 days in garage and they said old parts not original. Garage took it back and did 4 hour "repair" in 1 hour. This after several broken promises and no return phone calls. Car has broken down 3 more times with different problems. When I spoke with Noel (manager) he said I should use the spare key (for immobiliser keeps cutting in). Made no difference. For that and other problems he stated that is what the warranty is for. If you want awful after sales service and really want to feel ripped off, go to Mytchett First Cars, they'll screw you over good and proper and won't care less.
they sold an 18 year old "new driver" a dodgy fiat punto with a shocking exhaust i got half way down the motorway to go home and then it started falling off had to go to an emergency garage paid over the odds then said to the dealership could you possibly pay the price it would normally cost and they said no now im a 18 year old trying to move into his new home skint because of this.
Car seemed fine on first inspection was told the car would get a full service (no evidence of details of service provided). Within 2 weeks car developed problems (with engine light) had the car looked at and had 17 faults (the guy couldn’t believe how many and also faults you can not tell with a 5min test drive...). Asked for a refund as this is totally unacceptable I was told the car was fine when you test drove it and unwilling to do anything. The guy just stating go through the warranty (warranty will not cover the cost of how many repairs are needed) cost more than £3000 for the car and now looking at spending a lot more (2 weeks after purchase!!) Disgusting garage avoid at all costs!

Well what can I say....awful car. Damp, mirror falls off, needed a new battery within 4 weeks, flat tyre....Shall I continue. We were given £200 off at the point of sale for the awful scratches on the car that my husband didn't notice when he put a deposit down as it was crammed into a garage. The car was for my 17yr son to learn to drive in and when we went to pick it up we were apauled at the condition of it. This said my son was afraid of losing his £500 deposit so we bought the car. Guy seemed really nice at the time. Since we bought it we thought we could live with the scratches and hubby tcut them and polished it. Then within in about 4 weeks flat battery, flat tyre and after some awful rain went to replace the battery and the car is green inside with mould. Called the garage and not very helpful as asked him to refund the car or replace the car....nope offered to refund new battery price and sort the leak out after lockdown....you may think this is good service but nope it isn't. What about the mirror that fell of during the drive home, oh yeah we've replaced that as well and the seat coming apart in the back and the tyre keeps going down. If we paid £1000 for a banger I would understand but not all these problems for a £3000 car....come on. Please please think about this when you go to this gargage and have a look round. The seller said he hasn't had a complaint in over 5 months....lays because we've been in lock done since March....says it all really. One he's read this he said he's going to say he gave us £200 of for all the scratches on the bodywork.....there I've done it for you!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE....BIG MISTAKE
