I’ve had no complaints with the Tesla Model 3. I drove it to Paris with the family for a week and it was perfect with no issues at all. The charging was fantastic. When you map your route on the navigation system, it puts the Tesla fast chargers in for you so you can charge along the way. It’s brilliant. The experince at National Car hub was simple, nice and easy. When I got there, they didn’t jump on me or pester me. They gave me the keys, let me take a look at the car and left me alone for ten minutes, even though I was late and they were shutting up. I can’t fault them and I’d 100% recommend them. When the time comes to get a different car, I’ll be going back to them.

The MG was spot on overall. There was a problem with the software inside from day one, and an appointment was arranged with MG themselves, but nothing happened. Other than that, the car was fine. The customer service at National Car Hub was good.

I’m getting on lovely with the BMW X2. Everything at National Car Hub was great and it all went well. I’d recommend them to others . The only thing that stopped it being a five was when I went to collect the car. They’d said they were going to do a ceramic coating, which I was going to pay for when I collected it, but it hadn’t been done despite them having the car for quite some time beforehand. It was only a small matter though, and everything else was great.

All good with the Jag from National car hub! I was driving passed the show room and liked the look of it. Think it was Phil I dealt with, he was sound and very helpful. They offered all the extra packages, but when I’d had them before they haven’t been very successful for me, but I took them up on the service package and the dent repair, definitely give them a five!

No issues whatsoever with the car I have now. My previous car from the dealership was a bit of a disappointment. I’d only had it for around six months when it needed a £500 job, so I ended up having to part exchange it because I couldn’t do it. I’d paid a lot more for that car than I got back for it, and having to put money towards another vehicle meant it cost me a lot more in the long run. The staff themselves were fine though, and I was happy with the service and the overall experience whilst at the dealership

I was looking online for a 5 series and National Car Hub had one that was competitively priced and it wasn’t too far away from me. I went down on a busy Saturday and arrived a bit late for my appointment so there was a bit of a wait, but they did squeeze me in. It would have been a five if the test drive was a bit longer and there was a bit of wiggle room on price. I can’t remember his name but the sales guy was very professional and the person who did the handover also talked me through a few more things too.

I got the Golf from National Car Hub so far so good

So far so good with the Ford from National Car Hub I am still missing the logbook, and there was a slight wait on the collection date however, the service was top-notch. The guys down there couldn't of done enough for us

My new car from this dealership ha no problems, I am just awaiting my V5, but other than this its ok. The service I received was good, my granddaughter is on the look out for a new car so I may take her down the road to see some cars, but as a whole I would consider buying from them myself again.

My outlander is very good and the staff were equally as good, they were co-operative and got everything sorted.
