The Relay has been fine to be fair, I need to get the cam belt and water pump which I would’ve been done before I purchased the van if I am honest. In terms of the experience, it was all good. I got the van, signed the documents and it got serviced on the day. Luke helped me and gave me some advice as well on what brands to buy and this and that, he has been good.

I liked how quickly Nationwide Commercials got the vehicle ready for me so that we could use it. The customer service from the guys there was absolutely fine, we just had to take it to Ford due to a recall but it is all sorted. I rate them 4/5 but that's only because I never give out 5 stars as I believe there is always room for improvement.

Bought a sprinter. Luke appeared helpful and informative. However after one day driving the van engine management light comes on (despite coming with a full MOT) I rang luke and he couldnt be less interested. Also i messaged him a few times to enquire about the warranty and the fact that the v5 still hasn't arrived. Again, ignored. I would never deal with this company again.... ever.
