Purchased a car from these guys which turned out to be faulty. It broke down 2 weeks after purchase and hasn't started since. They lied about the condition of the vehicle and have tried to avert any contact attempted.
My son purchased a used vehicle from here. I have to say the vehicle was found to be dangerous and wouldn't have passed on An MOT which was given a new one on purchase . He has subsequently called them on numerous occasions and they have hung up. Great customer service I don't think. They are currently being investigated by Trading Standards so I have been told. So would certainly not recommend them.

Did you get anywhere with this? I've been to court and won but bailiffs didn't get money as they changed their trading name! Please let me know
I bought a car from these dealers I'm a single mum with young children and money is tight. I went to this dealer and asked to look at some cars most wouldn't even start!! He wouldn't let me take car out for a test drive!! It needed an mot which he put in the garage opposite to them it failed and he had to pay to get it paseed, it developed some noise on back wheel which he said he would my fix.I put in garage and the wheel was loose and only had two nuts holding wheel on. I told him I had to go up the M1 4 Times a day and needed a reliable car. The garage guy said we could of been killed as I was going up to 90mph on motorway. !!! There are several things wrong with the car and after a month needs New clutch. This company are now being investigated by motor trade association and I've been told they ate looking to close them down due to selling cars that are not up to standard!!! So keep away as they are just selling crap and faulty cats!!! I'm taking them to court and my advise is you do the same!! Don't let them carry on getting money for faulty cars !!!!

Buyer beware, bought a vehicle from these jokers which has turned out to be a nightmare and a waste of thousands of pounds. The car still has faults from a previous MOT failure and many other issues. Weeks have gone by with no response from dealer!

My son brought a car from this dealership whilst myself and my husband was on holiday. I wish he waited. The car cost £795 and after all of the problems that hes had with it I dont know how the car passed the MOT. Bald tires Faulty battery broken wipers split exhaust windscreen not put in propperly Broken radio DO NOT BUY FROM NEW LONDON MOTORS IN LUTON!!!! They have a garage in the family and pass all their shoddy work off through them!
