Brought a 2015 Range Rover Sport a year ago from New Street Car Centre. Sold as full service history. The car has completely broke down, the diagnosis is a bent/snapped crank shaft. Cost to repair is just over £18,000. It needs a complete NEW ENGINE.As you can imagine I am furious and phoned the garage as some of the service history online seems to be missing when I eventually found out how to log on to see this. They do not want to know and was not helpful at all. Explained that they sold us a car under FALSE PRETENSES that it had full service history when in fact it doesn't and the fact the car is faulty. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE. We will be proceeding with solicitors at this point as we have no other choice.

It was worth the travel! I traveled all the way from Manchester to new street car Center , great service over the phone and in person this is the first place I will look for any future vehicles and will easily recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I bought a VW Golf from New Street Car Centre last year and found them to be very dishonest. I was refused any Warranty with the car by salesman Adam.Sold as seen. On the way home the Brakes completely failed. After a full inspection at VW Inchcape garage Telford.It was found their was a crack in the Brake Servo Hose at a cost to myself of £169.12. They also found numerous serious mechanical faults with the vehicle. Service Advisor Paul Gibson condemned the car as a Death Trap that should not have been sold in that condition. Over the next few weeks of ownership I spent over a £1000 just to make the car safe and roadworthy. To some this review up.I would never deal with New Street Car Centre again.

I brought a car from new street car centre in telford about 4 months ago I didn’t want to write a review immediately until I got to now the car and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t change it it’s still in great condition and had no problem so far thankfully thank you very much to the great service from staff and surely will share my experience and recommend the garage.

I am a very cautious buyer and after searching for weeks I came across New Street Car Centre. I was still feeling rather anxious after numerous calls to what sounded to be 'dodgy dealers' but what NSCC offered seemed to be very good value- 1 owner from new, full service history and a new MOT on the day of purchase. After emailing the company, Dan rang me back straight away and seemed very friendly and put my mind at ease. He kept in contact to let me know how the process was going (I had it delivered without even seeing it- crazy I know) and it all went very smoothly. It was delivered to my door with all the paperwork and a 3 months warranty and what's more, Dan rang me that evening to check that I was happy! Fantastic service and excellent communication. Lots of thanks from a cautious yet very satisfied customer!
