Bought a used Škoda Octavia estate from Rich at Newarth yesterday. Driving from Birmingham I needed clear communication prior to my commute and Rich was first class with clear information via WhatsApp, even contacting out of office hours. Just bought a BMW 2 series from Newarth Car sales and to say it went smooth was an understatement. Dealt with Rich the whole time who was brilliant with me. Great guy with good morals and is a proper genuine person. Had a good chat and was always upfront and honest, no question in mind regarding buying the car as it was beautiful. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! I had to change the car I bought from due to personal circumstances after a few weeks and they dealt with it unbelievably well. Rich was great throughout the whole process and very easily contactable too. I would highly recommend anyone to use them and I will be sure to return in a few years.

Had a great long chat with a fella called Paul about a possible purchase of a used car at his garage.... he answered all my questions and what stood out is that he told me he didn't know the answer to a couple of questions about the previous M.O.T tests which I found very honest as salesmen usually from experience answer everything to get a sale. His relaxed approach stood out for me and integrity seems afar these days. We couldn't quite agree on the part exchange value for my car as it was over 125k+ miles but a good runner - what was fantastic is he gave me advise on what I could do with my car (the local gazette?) and maybe the online free market places which was very good of him. It took me a couple of weeks of messers and I eventually found a buyer for my car and I don't think I could have done it without his help. Living only 15 miles from his garage he sent his chatty friendly valeter to collect me as I was car-less to pick up my car from them. The quality and service is nothing I have experienced before and suffice to say even in my twilight years they have gained a customer for life. The click and collect experience was quite unfamiliar to me but he explained unfortunately its just the current situation and everything will be back to normal soon. I'll take him up on his offer for a visit when we are out of this lockdown and his offering of his phone number if I had any questions was a very nice touch. Thanks for the great service Paul. We recently purchased through the website a BMW 218 which was delivered within a week of our first contact.
