Recently had awful trouble with a big loss of power on my Mercedes Vito. James the service manager went out of his way to help with the problem. We thought we had sorted things with a new air flow sensor but the problem came back. James then painstakingly checked everything over and got the van running beautifully again. The service team at Newman and Reidy provide outstanding service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I booked a test drive on line on a Sunday and Monday morning I received a call to organise it that afternoon. Well, I have bought the Jaguar XK and got a great deal along with a beautiful car and extras. I have recommended Newman & Reidy to my wife and son in law without any reservations. The sales manager, Marcus , was a great help and even put £20.04 worth of petrol in it so as we could drive it away without worrying. I do feel like a valued customer which is what Marcus wanted and he succeeded. Oh yes, they have a lovely little MR2 going cheap as a summer runaround!
Test drove a car .found out a year later I've been paying for a service plan. I never brought the car ,lm now 150 out of pocket .3 phone calls to them ,say they get back to me but haven't

Hello Mr Thomas, I was naturally extremely concerned to read your one star review about the fact you test drove a car a year ago, didn't purchase it, but have somehow ended up with a service plan for a car that you didn't buy? Very strange, as the only way that a service plan can be set up is with your bank details that you would have given to us in order to set the service plan up. We can also set plans up for customers existing vehicles so that they can budget their servicing costs over the 1, 2 or 3 years but again this is only with the express permission of the customer and the supply of all their personal details including bank details. We have no record of you ringing three times to cancel the plan and I also took the precaution of checking our Service Plan account and there is nothing registered to a customer with the surname of Thomas? If you could furnish me with some more details, like a registration number or your full name and post code I can search again and in the unlikely event that we have set up a service plan that you don't remember authorising, then I will be delighted to cancel it and get your money refunded. I cannot recall any quality issues or complaints from June last year and it is always our intention to supply the very best products and services that we can at any time, with customer satisfaction our main priority, Should we receive a (rare) complaint then I like to personally get involved to ensure the problem is dealt with swiftly and to the satisfaction, where possible of the complainant, so I thought I had better check back on our records of the cars we sold from June back to the beginning of last year and I am at a loss to see which car you purchased as we have no customers by the name of Michael P or P Michael on our system? Called into Newman & Reidy on the off chance to find out what was rattling on my Subaru forrester. The car was on the ramp in 15 mins and I was shown the problem on the exhaust. The courtesy and information I was shown was refreshing. Very helpful staff and mechanic. Thank you.

Cant fault service at this dealership. Very happy with my Ford. Got things done with minimal hassle meaning it was all done and dusted very quickly.

This is a brilliant place to buy a car the service from start to finish and after was first class MARCUS the sales manager looked after everything I really cant express how good he was also the owner and the rest of the staff were friendly and super helpful would not hesitate to use this dealer thank you Newman and Reidy
I have had some issues with Focus from Newman And Reidy. They said they couldn't repair it as the car was out of warranty. The car was in really good condition when I received it and it was a good price but I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on the after sales.
I am happy with my Citroen C8 from Newman & Reidy. It was clean and in good condition and a fairly decent price. I have had a couple of small issues that have been dealt with by the warranty company but I think the service could have been a bit better from the dealership when I contacted them. Overall, I am happy with the car so would recommend this dealership.
