Viewed car Saturday, they said will service and mot on Monday, rang Monday, sorry it needs new clutch. Paul rang Wednesday car ready pm Thursday. Collected car. It turned out they had fitted new clutch, master and slave cylinders and 2 new tyres. When collected car was like new with all paperwork completed on the spotI could not find anything near this service in Plymouth. No pushy salesperson,just left to look at/test drive any car.
This is a fantastic place to buy a car. I’ve been looking for a car for a while now. I wanted to stay local and found Newport Motors. After viewing online, I phoned up for a test drive, Graham who works down there was extremely helpful and couldn’t of done anymore, he went over and above board to help and give me all the information I needed. This family run garage, has a very warm and welcoming approach. There was no pushy sales, I felt I was in good hands with them. Don't be put off by the lack of a fancy showroom, We bought a car a month ago and have been very impressed by the thorough preparation of the car, full service, new MOT and 3 month warranty. A problem occurred with the air conditioning which was quickly sorted with no quibble, No hesitation in recommending Newport Motor Company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used car. We will definitely buy from them again.

Amazing car dealer who knows how to look after their customers, they go above and beyond any garage I have ever used, I never thought I would have ever been able to say that I trust a garage 100% to do the right thing but I do believe that I have found my garage. Have used this garage for 3 years and will continue for my next car for certain.
I have had no problems at all with my Citroen Berlingo from Newport Motor Company! They have been awesome and the car is perfect. I have had no problems with it at all and I have had it for a few months now. It was in immaculate condition and very reasonably priced. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone
