We brought a vw passatt from nick king cars. The car was very nice but a few weeks after purchase we noticed a slight issue with the parking sensors and a rattle. Whilst these were not detailed in the warranty these issues were rectified by nick king without question. I have been v impressed with the level of after sales service.

The guys at Cinderford were really helpful, courteous and friendly. My new car had to go back as the radio was faulty. No problem they said, we will fit a new one. They even lent me a car whilst it was done. Thank you Will, Adam and all at the Cinderford branch.

A friendly team with excellent customer service, that want to give you the best deal they possibly can. Would recommend to anyone looking at getting a new car, well worth the look.

Very nice salesperson ,but the warranty is dodgy, when I bought a car from Nick King Car Sales in Cinderford r 4 years ago I had problems with the gear box, the warranty is with warranty 2000 which means so they say you can take the car to any garage of your choice, I can assure you this is not the case. Beware !

Fabulous car, great price, excellent service and after sales back-up from Will and Carl and Nick King Cinderford. I had never bought a car from a dealer before because of concerns of price and fragile warranty etc. These worries proved groundless. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality and value of the car (VW Golf Plus 2007 1.9Tdi), but more so by the way minor issues arising after the sale were ironed out quickly and smoothly. I contacted Will on behave of my wife about a VW Passat estate they had for sale, & right from the beginning I felt like a valued customer, after a further few calls we decided to buy it & collected on the 19th September, the car was exactly as described & we were very happy, sadly within a matter of days 2 different fault occurred & as we live over 150 miles away in Essex returning it for the repairs to be done was an non started, we were advised to find specialists which we did & to their credit both bills totalling almost £500 were paid directly to the other garages by Will at Nick King Cars, needless to say we are extremely impressed by not just the car but also the fantastic after sales we have received both will & Carl have been outstanding in their care of us therefore we shall return when I'm in the market to change my RR sport! thanks again to everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with.Kind regards Tanya & Gordon Webber
