Just brought a Volvo XC90 from NJW Car Sales and I have to say what a pleasant experience it was to buy a vehicle. Nigel and his son were both professional in their manner making sure the sale went smoothly and quickly as possible. A small niggle with the brakes it was resolved quickly and professionally would I recommend NJW car sales , yes i would and recommend them to others.
I had visited NJW Car Sales whilst passing through Elgin several years ago with my wife and briefly looked around the car lot. At that time we were really impressed how clean the cars were compared to some from dealers we had seen in Aberdeen. We did not buy on that occasion as they didnt have the model/engine combo we were looking for, nevertheless we were impresssed with the quality of the vehicles. Two weeks ago I called in whilst heading to Inverness more to just have a look and again the motors on display, regardless of age, were all nice examples with sensible mileages. A couple caught my eye, I met Nigel and he gave me the lowdown on them. No pressure whatsoever, I was offered a testdrive and went for a run. The vehicle had low mileage, one owner, full service history etc....... long story short.......I bought it there and then. Nigel was great and helped me sort out roadtax, I transfered funds and contacted my insurance company. Only one little issue the handbook was missing but Nigel assured me it was en-route from the previous owner. The service book was present so I wasnt too concerned. Start to finish it was probably not much longer than 1hr to complete the test drive and purchase car. As per his word Nigel called a couple of days later to say the handbook had arrived. Chuffed with the car and top service from Nigel. Highly recommended!

I have just bought a merc e320cdi with fsh from njw cars The car/the service /the friendship was excellent I tested the car without any pressure I drove the car 400 miles back home amazing I can honestly say I can recommend this dealership for anybody but you need to know what car you are going for because they have a lot of good cars Lak

I've just bought a Land Rover Freelander from NJW Car Sales and things couldn't have gone smoother. The vehicle was exactly as described in the advertisement, all paperwork present and correct and delivered a day ahead of the agreed timescale. Full manufacturers service record promised and evidenced in the paperwork. The price was extremely competitive too! I dealt with Nigel and he couldn't have been more polite or helpful from start to finish, communication was great with phone calls returned at the times agreed. I would certainly buy here again and recommend the company to others
