Staff really helpful on day we purchased the car despite us arriving near closing time! Sham and Kam especially kind and informative. On collection helpful team again and mechanic had not only completed clean MOT but has also done all advisories. Very happy woth service and recommend Norhwest Autos

Hi Jonathan, most seem to say the buying experience is good? Have you had any issues since or with the car? Did you get the 3 months Warranty as have heard some get an extra month but uncertain as to how? Hope you can respond as the experience once you have the car is important to me, thank you.

Hello Trevor I did have a problem after I bought the car, the handbrake was faulty. I rang the dealership, and the car was booked in and repaired no problem. In order to get 4 months warranty I was asked to write a review of my purchase. Hope this helps you.
