I cannot recommend North West Autos enough, absolutely fantastic service. From the minute we walked in, we where welcomed, they didn't pester us to buy, they let us know they where there if we needed anything. They answered any questions we had and couldn't help enough. Over the moon with the service & my lovely new car 😊

I went to buy a vehicle from North west autos and was pleasantly surprised at how nice all the staff were when having a look around this morning, very welcoming and helpful if needed. I found the vehicle that I liked after seeing it online. They have a huge amount of vehicle stock there something for everyone. I went to the sales office to speak with a lovely fella Who could not believe I had chosen this vehicle. Completely out of the blue I had decided to come in this morning to have a look at the vehicle as there was someone coming later in the morning to view and possibly buy the same one. They had literally messaged five minutes before I arrived to say they were going to come and have a look. But as I was already there and wanted the car there and then the salesman rang the other customer and notified them straight away that the car had been sold already. I feel very lucky to be dealing with a car sales company that actually cares about the customers and getting the best for them. Customer service 10 out of 10 without a doubt. This is a family run business Not a big corporation dealership so you get that personal touch when dealing with them. If you need a vehicle I would not hesitate to go and have a look here first before you try anywhere else!

Absolutely made up! I came to pick up my BMW X1 today and the guy who helped me was called bash he couldn’t have been more helpful such a lovely guy, he even sorted my tax for me which he didn’t have to do! Not had any issues with this dealership would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Having seen a car I really liked the look of on auto trader I rang the company to ask if the car was still available. I was greeted very pleasantly and invited down to view the vehicle in question.
When I arrived I was approached promptly by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales advisor who pointed me in the right direction and handed me the keys to go and have a good look at the car. I really appreciated the fact that he just left me to it rather than watching over my shoulder and making me feel uncomfortable.
I then sat down with the sales advisor and I was that impressed with the car that I didn't even try to haggle with him on price. I'm made up with my purchase.
Cannot fault anything about the service provided and I will definitely be back to use the company again in the future.
