It’s very nice and I am very pleased with it. The experience I had was very good, they were very helpful. Anything we had questions on or were wondering or unsure of we made sure they knew what was happening and what we were entitled to.

5, I looooooove my new car, and while I had a bit of a problem with the exhaust (blah blah blah some technical stuff that I don't care to understand) it was sorted out. Customer service isn't about what you get right it's about how you handle the "blips". NWCG handled my "blip" really well. Thank you I have, and will continue to highly recommend

I would score North West Car Group a 5! We were desperate for a new car as ours had broken beyond repair. We had travelled from Scotland to Preston to view another car from a company 3 miles away and were severely let down! We drove to North West Car group at just before 4pm on a Sunday and after we phoned them, they stayed open in the hope that there was a suitable car for us. They offered us a Peugeot 3008 with low mileage, and checked it over before we purchased at a reasonable price. We even got a discount to enable us to change the oil ourselves. Very impressed with the staff at the garage and would highly recommend North West Car Group to any future customers. Thank you all

It was good at North West Car Group. The Ford Focus has been pretty good, I was looking for any car as this is my first car. They were pretty good there and they explained everything to me. They also were very friendly, I would consider going back to them.

So far so good! I did have some issues with the car but I took it back and they fixed it for me. Mark was excellent and the communication side of things was good. There was a slight delay getting the car back but that is understandable as they had to take the car somewhere else to have some of the work done. While I was without the car they provided me with a courtesy car which was brilliant.
