My Peugeot 208 has been perfect. The customer service from the guys there was absolutely brilliant. They did everything I asked them to plus a little bit more. They were just genuinley good and efficient at what they do.

The Mini Countryman has been running great! My whole experience with the dealership was good. I was in a bit of a rush as my other car had failed on the day, and I needed something quickly. I saw the car online, test-drove it, bought it, and never looked back. They have been spot on though out the process, I have no complaints what so ever!

I’ve done the timing belt and water pump on it. I’m really liking the Audi A5, I’ve been taking the kids out in it, and they absolutely love it.

North West Car Group were absolutely excellent from start to finish they were great. I dealt with Jamie mainly who was fine, all the guys there were very nice. I even saw the boss at one point when I had an issue, he knew exactly what was wrong, he apoligised and got it fixed. What stood out to me was their attitude and manner, they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm having great fun with the Mini Cooper.

Northwest Car Group has been really good! I did have a tyre pressure light come on, a local garage just pumped it up for me and reset the light. Apart from that, the experience has been really good. Mark was brilliant, he couldn’t have helped me out more. He helped me with my private number plate, a wing mirror that needed a new cover and a few other small bits and bobs.

When purchasing the A4, we agreed to have the timing belt done on the Audi as it was coming up. I paid a small amount, and they did the work. I did have to replace the brakes and a caliper however that’s due to the age of the car cant fault the dealership. Jamie was great when I dealt with him.
