My Fiesta is a lovely car, its great. I was looking around and saw the vehicle advertised and it suited what I wanted. Took less than a week to collect the car which was great when it needed a service and MOT. Went back week later because I had issue with air conditioning. Kieran was great. no issues whatsoever with the company. I definitely wouldn’t put people off going to this dealership.

They are local to me so went to have a look. My BMW is good. I had a few issues at the start and the dealer sorted them for me, other than that the car seems to be alright. When I was there, I was working with Kieran who helped with everything really. All-round they were really good.

Four star experience

Stuart the car dealer was so very helpful and nothing was too much for him.

Car runs absolutely fine but I need to have a slight sensor issue checked under the extended warranty I paid for. Kieran was the saleperson but he was on holiday so dealt with a few other people but he was there on the handover. Staff were excellent, they were really friendly. I have already recommended them to others.

I was happy with the condition of the car, its clean inside and does what I need. We had looked at a few places but found it on Autotrader. The dealership was close to us so we went to them. I saw three cars there and picked the Hyundai. There were a couple of things to do on the car before collection and it was all done and ready for me to collect week later. I was happy with the condition of the car. Everything went smooth. The salesman Stuart was good, he was very helpful and things went the way they should.

Cars alright so far. I was in a rush to get a vehicle and they got it ready for me in time. I have had to go back for them to do the MOT as there wasn’t enough time but Jake was great. He was friendly and helped us with picking the right car for us. No issues on the day.

Had engine light on couple of times but apart from that the car is ok. The salesman Kieran was amazing, good customer service and he went out of his way. Greg was very polite and assisted with the sale. They were both exceptionable. I felt like I trusted them. It was good experience.

Very good experience at North West Trade Centre, very friendly, cooperative dealership. I have an issue with faulty water pump but car sold as seen. No complaints over their service. Jamie was good, very helpful, did tax for me there and then. Good lad.

Cars good. We like it because It’s a quiet engine. I’d heard North West Trade Centre were a good dealership with a branch in Preston aswell. Salesman Ben was nice and friendly, down to earth and very helpful. He did a good job. I have already recommended them to others. They were very efficient, no messing about and we will be coming back at Christmas to get a new one.
