The service I received from Northwest Trade Center was second to none. The company itself, particularly Trevor, has been outstanding, and I can't thank them enough. When I visited, I was free to walk around and have a look without feeling under any pressure to purchase. That makes a real difference. I found them very easy to work with over the phone, by email and in person. I took the Ford Fiesta for a test drive, and they agreed to sort the things I'd spotted. Everything was done above and beyond what I'd expected, within the agreed timeframe, if not sooner. They even offered to collect me from the train station. The whole experience was quite enjoyable. The vehicle has since developed a mechanical fault, which I reported within 30 days. Although I'm having difficulty getting it booked in with a local automatic specialist, the dealership has been very supportive and has been working with me throughout. A special thanks to Trevor, who's been an absolute gentleman. He's always answered me politely and courteously, and he's been aware of the difficulties I'm having with the car. I've had none of the attitude I've experienced with previous dealers where, once you've bought the car, it's your responsibility. An absolutely amazing company to work with. I'd recommend them without a shadow of a doubt.

My experience with Northwest Trade Center has been great overall. I found the car on Auto Trader and wasn't specifically looking for that particular one, just something that ticked all the boxes for what I wanted. This one did, so I decided to go for it. Everything at the dealership was fine, and I dealt with Jake during the purchase. The only issue on the day was having to sort out the vehicle tax when I bought the car. Jake referred me to Tax My Vehicle, which made it easy enough to get sorted. After that, everything was fine, and I didn't have any other issues.

£9,014 FOR A MINI. THE INDICATOR DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT HOME! An appalling experience with Northwest Trade Centre (NWTC). The indicator fell out on the journey home. I also raised concerns about the vehicle’s performance, only to feel I was being asked to diagnose it myself. Days later, a tyre-pressure warning appeared. NWTC suggested my driving might be responsible, despite no inspection having established the cause. NWTC then confirmed IN WRITING: “We will accept the return of the car due to faults occurring within less than a week.” Hours later? They refused the return AND collection. The telephone conversation was rude, dismissive and thoroughly unpleasant. £9,014. Four days. Multiple concerns. One written assurance apparently with a shorter lifespan than the indicator. I have photographs and written evidence. My refund remains unresolved.

They seemed like a nice, straightforward group to deal with, and the service was great. The MINI is doing alright, although I've had a warning light come on and go off again, but I haven't been able to find a fault code. There were a couple of things that could have been better with communication. We'd verbally agreed that the car would have an oil service and an MOT before collection, but when I spoke to the dealership again, they didn't have a record of it. They did get it done in the end, so that was all good. It might have helped to have somewhere on the paperwork to record what had been agreed before collection. There was also supposed to be a bit more history with the car and possibly an owner's manual. I couldn't find these when I collected it and was told they'd be posted to me, but they haven't arrived. Overall, I'd recommend the dealership. I've got no reason not to, and despite those communication issues, the service was great.

I'm really enjoying my Citroen C3. The people there were really nice, I'd definitely consider using Northwest Trade Center again in the future if I was looking to get another car. I'd also be happy to recommend them to other people based on my experience

The car is running smoothly, and I've had no problems with it since buying it, so I'm happy with how it's going. The salesman on the day was great. He wasn't pushy at all, which was good, and he helped me pick out the right car. I thought he was a good salesman, and the service I received was really good.

The VW Golf is running smoothly, all went well at the dealership, to be honest. Based on that, I'd recommend NWTC to others who are looking to buy a car.

Purchased a Smart forfour, on the 7th of September. Car is overall excellent. Dealership is NOT. The salesman Jake, who was very nice, pointed out a warning light on the dash. It had appeared after fitting a new battery. I could take it to a local garage and they would refund the cost. The garage didn't charge me for clearing the fault codes, but pointed out the missing battery securing bracket. An MOT fail point. I ordered a new bracket, which NWTC refunded. However the bracket is very difficult to access. So needs to be done professionally. A couple of days later. I went to give the car a wash. The Smart forfour, has 165 tyres on the front and 185 tyres on the rear. My car had 165 on the driver's side and 185 on the passengers. I had driven this car from Preston to Newton Stewart. 168 miles in all. The manager Jack, told me to have the tyres swapped over and he would reimburse me. Sent a copy of the bill on the 15th. Still waiting for my £36. In fact I'm not actually. They have shown me their true colours. The car comes with a free three year basic warranty. I just hope that I never need to put it to the test.

I was pleased with the level of care they put into ensuring the car was fully serviced and valeted before selling to me, despite this taking a while Austen was very helpful in keeping me up to date and answering any questions I had.
