Customer service was all fine, we dealt with Jay and another person who were both alright. One of the seats was a bit damaged and they fixed that for me but I do have an issue with the wing mirror being broken so am waiting on them fixing this. I have already recommended them to a friend though based on my experience.

What stood out to me the most was the fact I got my car back so quick after it needing an MOT. Jay was fab. I would go back to North West Trade Centre myself and I have also recommended them onto my father in law who has already been and had a look.

Car is for my wife and she’s loving it. She wanted a convertible mini so I went on Autotrader and this appealed with the mileage. I had a very good experience, all in all. Took abit longer than we were told it was going to take, just prepping and bits and pieces, few excuses here and there but it was fine. Their sales approach was smashing all very helpful. Especially when we picked it up as it ran out of fuel but they sorted it for us straight away. Good set up

They have a good variety of cars. The staff were very supportive and doing a great job. if anything is wrong they will rectify it from their own side. Wayne was exceptionally good, very supportive. They are doing it in the best way they can.

Staff were brilliant, Ian talked me through everything and got me sorted as quick as he can. Did what he said he was going to go, dead smooth. When I picked it up everything seemed alright. Then a warning light came on, took it back and they said it was an emissions fault, sensor issue but after taking the car for a blast it's been great. I’m dead happy with it.

I’ve got no worries. Had a few issues when I drove off but they fixed it. I saw the car online on TikTok and decided to go to see it. The reception was nice. Ian was lovely, talked us through the car and warranty. I can't fault the guy. We went back few days later to collect. I have already recommended them and will be going back myself.
