Recently bought the Golf online from Northwest Trade Centre and was very happy with the experience. Wayne sent us a video of the car and everything was what he said it was. The only issue is that the doors won’t lock with the remote, which I’ve tried to get fixed but haven’t managed to yet. Other than that, everything’s okay.

We've been enjoying the Vauxhall Grandland that we purchased from Northwest Trade Center. We did have a small problem with the battery, but the dealership changed it, so that issue was solved. We would recommend the dealership.

I previously had a Nissan Qashqai, which is why I wanted another one as they are good cars and this one has been good too. The only thing missing from the car was the locking wheel nut key, which I'd need if I wanted to change the tyres. I let the dealership know about this and they said they were going to send it down to the one in Haslingden. I haven't had a chance to go and check whether it's there yet as I've been busy working. That was the only thing missing from the car. Overall, I'd still give the dealership five stars and would recommend them to other people.

Getting on brilliantly with the Peugeot. There was a rip in the upholstery, and I’m waiting for an appointment to get it repaired. Wayne has been dealing with that for me. The experience at Northwest Trade Centre was very comfortable and relaxing, with no pushiness.

The car has been pretty good up to now, and I've been getting on quite well with it. As for the dealership itself, I had a pretty good experience buying the car. I haven't really got anything else to add about the buying process, but based on how things went, I'd say I'd recommend Northwest Trade Center to others.

The customer service was very good, really. There was a bit of a mix up at first because I'd found the car on the internet and was given the wrong garage. I was originally told it was at a garage in Lancaster, so that's where I'd been ringing. It turned out to be at a different garage. Despite the mix up, the dealership was great. They didn't really know about the confusion beforehand, but they got the car ready quickly and everything was fine in the end. I was very happy with how they dealt with things.
