i bought a toyota aygo and within days it had water in the boot, reverse light failed and i had an engine warning light on. I fixed the water ingress myself as it is a common fault with this model. Just took out 2 screws in the tail light and cleaned and resealed it. problem solved, the company asked me to bring the car in and they fixed all the other problems including removing locking wheel nuts i had no key for.They even replaced all the back light clusters. All done with politeness and a smile.

I recently went to NCC to look at a car and was spoken to in a very hostile manner. I felt very uncomfortable, it was as though they didn't want my custom and had no interest in any kind of polite conversation. I decided to think about the potential purchase as parting with my monies to a company who was seemingly ungrateful wasn't sitting comfortably. However, I was satisfied with the vehicle and decided to call back the same day to make a purchase. I was told that they get charged a 2% fee for credit cards and so wanted a bank transfer instead. Unfortunately when I expressed this was not agreeable, I was told 'okay, no problem' in a very sarcastic and rude way and so it ended there. I would certainly not visit again.

My son bought a 2005 Polo recently and after a couple of weeks we had some issues with the car. NCC could not have been more helpful. They took the car back straight away and sorted everything out all under the warrantee. It wasn’t a small job either but there was no quibbling or hassle concerning what was or wasn’t covered. Really impressed with the way everything was dealt with and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks,Paul

If you buy a car from Northamton Car Company get an independent check, do not trust the MOT. When my vehicle broke down after three weeks and I had it inspected by a motor engineer it had several problems so I requested a refund under consumer rights they refused and would not deal with me anymore. I had to deal with a company called lawgistics which are lawyers for the motor trade to get the dealer out of giving a refund. Check the V5 documents and the advert very carefully to see how many owners the car has had as I got caught. This company gives no customer service at all and give the motor trade a bad name.

Super service whilst purchasing a car . After service excellent, car was repaired promptly, under warranty . Family business, both John and Joe went the extra mile , customer service at its best from Northampton Car Company.

Purchased Vauxhall Vectra in May and originally had problems with the vehicle and now the dealer has resolved all the issues. Good service. (please remove my original review)

During the last 10 years I have purchased 4 cars from the Northampton Car Company. On each occasion the part exchange deals have all been more than fair and the price of the new vehicle has been very competative. I would describe the sales approach from John as straight forward, fair and friendly, No frills!!! I have also had a number of services and found the work carried out to be first class. The after care service provided by John and Joe can only be descibed as OUTSTANDING!!! I would say to anyone considering pruchasing a car from the Northampton Car Company "don't hessitate" You will not be dissapointed.

I dealt with Joe a year ago and i was very pleased with the service that was given. NCC helped me get a great deal on my car and have been so helpful anytime i have had any problems. I have recommended my friends and family to NCC and they have all had the same experience. I would say Northampton Car Company is a friendly family run business, they get straight to the point and help you get the best deal for you. I will always deal with them because i trust them.
