Purchase a Tiguan Allspace 19 plate purchased for 26k plate low mileage. . fault with the gear box from the start. so much for their pre vehicle checks. difficult to contacted them, Shocking after sales service no help what so ever even rude and patronising. Car taken to another dealership new gear box fitted!!!. Have been advise that they must have known there was gearbox problem but sold the car regardless. How dare they sell a car to a customer that is not fit for purpose.

AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM NORTHAMPTON VOLKSWAGEN. After 4 months I already have been given a £500 bill for repairs that these have failed to support me with. This is a car that's 4 years old with little mileage. 1. The first manager I spoke at the Northampton branch called Chris was actually quite rude and then never called me back which is terrible customer service. I can't say I was surprised he never called me. 2. Within 4 months I shouldn't have to pay for a brand new battery which has been in a 'poor' condition and has slowly died according to Volkswagen P'boro. Then for brake pads that are 75% worn. I wouldn't expect that after buying from a Volkswagen dealer but that is the point, they're a franchise. They're suggesting they sell cars on the verge of needing repairs within the 6 months, I just find that shocking... Even when I spoke to a manager at the Peterborough branch, off the record they told me if I bought the car off them and this happened they would have done something for me. I'm not sure about new cars, but used cars and their customer service is just shocking. Go somewhere else and buy an audi.

Took car in for a service at Northampton Volkwagen, they dented my bonnet, lied to my face and told me it was my fault. Was rude during the whole ordeal. Also scratched my friends car, we've learnt our lesson, do not trust these guys. Hiding behind a fancy brand!

Awful service department at Northampton Volkswagen - returned my vehicle 3 times now to be fixed. Paid for a MOT & full service got the car back which after 3 days didn't start! Then the bonnet wouldn't open!

Service department vw Northampton had black screen fixed under warranty and a litre of oil plus a puncture fixed all 4 free service department so friendly and full of know Edge dealt with Alana thanks very much mr foxon
