Had great service from sales staff when trading my car in for a new one.,a small fault occurred with my new car and it was dealt with quickly and repaired the next day.I would recommend this car sales showroom to anybody changing their car.
I bought a lovely car from them in July 2020, there was only one key with the car and I was promised if the other didn’t turn up in a couple of months ( due to COVID ) he would get me a new one. After 3 months kept putting me off and said he was still chasing it. I enquired locally and the cost for a new key was over £400, got in touch again and was told he could not stretch to that but would give me £100 towards the cost, this is now mid January and no sign on £100. !!

Called Northumbia Vehicle Co in regards to a vehicle I was interested in, to be spoken to by a gentleman who was uninformative and seemed disinterested in my query. He also made some rather off putting comments towards the make & model of vehicle I was interested in. I think I’ll take my £24,000 elsewhere!

Outstanding customer service! Just bought a VW Tiguan from Rod which developed a small fault (these things happen). Without question or quibble, car taken back in and all resolved. The whole experience has been a breath of fresh air, great car, great price, thoroughly recommend Northumbria Vehicle Co.

I've just bought a VW Tiguan from Norhumbria Vehicle Co and have to say the service was spot on. None of the usual dealer BS about we'll have it ready in 5 or 6 days. Agreed the deal yesterday and collected the car today. given a comprehensive run through on all the gizmos on the car. If I'm looking for a car in the future, I'll be looking at NVC first.

Very good experience with Northumbria Vehicle Company. I bought a Jaguar from them back in August and up to now I have only had one small issue but I contacted the dealership and they were very helpful. The car was very clean and in excellent condition and it's very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
