I brought my car in, while it was still under warranty with a fault, Norton way Peugeot couldn't find it. I brought my car in, while it was still under warranty with a rust spot under the paint and asked to get it dealt with, under warranty of course, quote made no mention of the warranty and wouldn't listen when I tried to talk to them about it. I brought my car in to get the coolant hose mended because it had a leak, a few days later, when I was parked in Cambridge, I noticed blueish liquid pouring from the car, I called Norton's, absolutely no help, so called the tow truck, I waited hours, eventually it arrived and towed my car back to Norton's. COVID meant I had to make my own way home. There it sat in their garage, for 8 days before they could be bothered to check the hose they had fitted - I had to hire a car because of the delay - When finally they got round to checking it, which must of taken all of 10 mins - yes the engineer had forgotten to attach the hose properly - like I said. Unbelievable! They've cost me thousands of pounds (I finally found the engine fault, identified right at the beginning, and it's going to cost £2k to fix) wasted hours of my time, left me high and dry in the middle of Cambridge, and they have the cheek to send me e-mails as a "valued customer", they didn't value me as a customer they treated me like a total mug.
had our Peugeot 108 into Norton Way Peugeot for the clutch to be looked at but they never took the gearbox out even though that we had given them permission to take it out and now they are in denial that they had it in and had no paperwork for the work they had done to it disgusting from a car dealership.
Absolutely dreadful Customer Service, Poor/Lack of Communication, regret purchasing my car from Norton Way Peugeot. Purchased a car at the beginning of February and to this day, it has been back to them and they have kept it for approx 14 days. The communication between staff and managers was either bare minimum or none whatsoever! Took months to finally get the car sorted, after I spent the majority of my time chasing them as they would not bother contacting me. After asking to speak to the next manager up, dealt with by numerous people, until I came into contact with the General Manager. WOW, as the general manager his attitude and service was absolutely disgusting. Never have I ever been made to feel so little or unimportant by someone as he made me feel. Not once did he even offer to listen to me or even apologise for the inconvenience caused. His attitude was disgusting, the service has been so poor, would never advise anyone to visit Norton Way Peugeot.
Prompt efficient service with a smile, from both the manager at Norton Way Peugeot and particularly Charlie in sales, very helpful good guy, knowledge a bit limited but ok to us, could not have done more. I have one moan, the car I purchased was advertised as having radio/cd player, unfortunately not correct and I would have thought a dealer would not make a mistake like that, I was told when I called that they do not fit CD players any longer, why have it in add then.
My wife and I both purchased a car from Norton Way Peugeot on the same day. My car a Peugeot 308 has not been right since October. The dealership does not answer e mails phone calls or even when you call in you just get fobbed off. Steer well clear of this bunch of amateurs
Looked online for a Just add fuel deal then went to get it in person. I must have looked like an easy mark as they quoted me £50 higher than the online offer. They claimed that they didn't know about it and then nearly matched the offer. I refuse to believe that they didn't know about one of only 7 online offers on one of only 4 show room models. Had I not checked online first I may have been out of pocket by £50pcm x36 . So were they ripping me off or are they too lazy to keep track of the main company offers and prices? Buyer beware.
Very friendly salesman (Tyrone) knowledgeable making buying our new car a pleasing experience would recommend Norton Way Peugeot to friends and use again in the future.
Norton Way Peugeot agreed to sell me a car for a set price. Then tried to raise the price by £1495 saying they had the wrong price! Disgraceful.
I went to Norton Way Peugeot and bought a 308 back in April. The service was very good. Carly is a really good sales adviser. she was really nice and very helpful. The air con has gone on the car so I will need to take it back to be fixed but this should be covered in the warranty. Overall I am happy with this dealership and I would happily recommend them.
