We bought a mini one six months ago from Number 1 Car Sales and I've got to say we are delighted. It was very well priced. It was serviced the day before we picked it up. Number 1 Car Sales sold me an unroadworthy car and made false promises. If you want my advice I would avoid them at all costs.

What this customer failed to mention is i delivered the car to Barnet in London for his daughters Birthday free of charge. The issue was a rusty exhaust. When brought to my attention I offered a full refund. Please Marlon bring the car back for a full refund if you are that unhappy. He told me he was in the trade and I thought I was doing him a favour. REMEMBER. NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED.
I bought a vehicle from Number 1 Cars and found them very fair and professional to deal with. I have since purchased further cars for both my sons and my daughter from the same dealer. Out of all the vehicles, we have had one minor issue. As it was covered by his warranty, the vehicle was returned and repaired without question. I would highly recommend them to anybody and find the negative reviews incredulous.
I purchased a car from this dealer and it has been the worst experience of my Life. The owner is unable to face up to his responsibilities as a second hand car dealer. The warranty he gave with this car isn't worth the sheet of A4 paper it's printed on. His Customer Service is appalling! he told me "I liked the sound of my own voice too much" and my demands were unrasonable! He asked me why I bought a car so far away from where I live? (Less than 50 miles!) If he doesn't want people to buy his cars if they are not local to him, why does he advertise Nationally? This review is for your benefit, do not make the same mistake I did.

THE CUSTOMER EXPECTED ME TO MAKE A 4 HOUR ROUND TRIP TO JUMP START HIS CAR (UNREASONABLE IN MY VIEW) AND THAT IS WHY I SAID, HE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE CLOSER TO HOME IF HE WANTED THAT LEVEL OF COVER, WE ALSO AGREED AND SIGNED THAT IF ANY WARRANTY WORK WAS NEEDED THAT HE WOULD RETURN THE VEHICLE (FACT), REGARDING HIM LIKING THE SOUND OF HIS VOICE, EVERY TIME I TRIED TO ANSWER ONE OF HIS ISSUES HE WOULD TALK OVER ME AND BE CONDESCENDING, THAT RESOLVES NOTHING, FINALLY IF A FLAT BATTERY IS (THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF HIS LIFE ). HE MUST HAVE LED A SHELTERED LIFE, PLEASE BRING THE CAR BACK AND I WILL RECTIFY THE ISSUES LIKE I SAID I WOULD, WE RUN A FAIR SYSTEM?
