No major issues with the Tesla! They were competitive and thorough, I asked for videos to be sent to prevent a wasted journey and they went out of their way to send me everything I needed. Adam was very courteous and not too pushy at all. They even pulled up the battery life reports for me which I found important for an electric car. And they offered me a cup of tea!

I couldn't have asked for much more! I had amazing service from the moment I walked in and Jak was very knowledgable about the car I was enquiring about. He was friendly and engaging, and keen to get things moving as I was. The couple of small issues were fixed with no hesitation and I purchased on the day I enquired!

I was looking around and I found the car at Nuneaton on Autotrader. Lilly did very well. All round good service and they let me had a test drive. The car was prepped ahead of expected collection date. The dealership is very accessible and the staff are courteous. Politeness all round.
