The Volkswagen ID 3 has done exactly what I wanted it to. It is my first electric car, and it has the range that I needed whilst also being very easy to drive. It took me a 3-hour drive to get there but it was worth it, I went there with the mind set I was going to get the right car that was suitable for me and Nuneaton made it happen. Overall, they provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision there and then.

All has good so far with Nuneaton. I am still awaiting some documentation however I am satisfied with the purchase. I believe however the experience could have been better if they provide you with a courtesy call after the purchase just to check in.

The Vauxhall has been a very great car so far, perfect to learn in. Good service on the day, I just think they could have been more transparent on the faults.

I’m loving the handling of the jaguar. The attitude the staff gave us was great, no pressure to buy anything, they were quite amicable with us. At first, I was let down with the condition inside the vehicle but they acted quicky to resolve this.
