Adam who was the salesman that assisted me was a really nice guy. My only slight criticism would be I like to get things done quite quickly but I did have to wait a little bit. In general, the experience was fine and the car has been perfect!

Brilliant experience - lovely colleagues, they answered every question that I had. Jacque was lovely - he was very reassuring and I felt comfortable buying the car from him. The car is beautiful too, I'm loving it!

Would say 4. The interior of the car doesn't seem to have been valeted. Apart from the comment above the sale procedure was very efficient and we would recommend Nuneaton Car Sales to anyone.

The service was brilliant, from start to finish.

I would give them a 3. They were quick and easy to deal with but they had stamped the service book and when I checked the oil it was filthy. I changed the oil and filter when I got home and the oil definitely hadn't been changed for 1000's of miles. Also the ceramic coating I paid for had been haphazardly sprayed over dirt without a wash I would suggest and not polished off and the interior had been sprayed with something but not wiped up. Also I haven't received my V5 document yet. Apart from that they were fine.

The experience was fine and the car is behaving fine too. They did what they said what they were going to do with the car before we picked it up which we appreciated. We dealt with Jacque on the day, he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the car - he was off on the day we were due to pick it up though, and no one else seemed to be available when we went there which caused a short wait, which is why I've removed a star.

The car is good, although there is a leak - I took it back to Nuneaton for them to have a look at it but they said they were too busy to diagnose the fault. In terms of service, I dealt with Jacque and he was great.
