The price was good, and the purchasing process was straightforward. I live in Northern Ireland, so I had the car shipped over. When it arrived, the two front tyres were bald, and the car mats were missing. I did try to raise this with the dealership, and I have not had a reply. Other than that, organising the delivery was easy, and the car has been doing grand.

The Fiat 500e was the best car on the market around me. This was my first time buying a car, and it was a really good experience! Nothing in particular stood out, as everything was good.

I'm getting along fine with the Hyundai Tucson, but I'm still trying to figure out the Blue Link system on it. I think I was dealing with Ionica, the whole experience was really good and the service was spot on.

There were a couple of things that I’ve sort of picked up since I purchased the car, which was a little bit frustrating, but it is what it is. The actual purchase was made really easily, and Jacque, who I dealt with, was really good. The whole process has been pretty straightforward.

My son was after the specific one that Nuneaton Car Sales had in stock. The whole experience was alright. The one thing that could be improved was the organisation and the signage in the dealership, as the office was not easy to find in the back of the warehouse. I can't fault them but some more signage could be useful. Overall it was a nice experience.

The whole experience was easy. I went in to the Nuneaton dealership, told them I wanted the Ford Focus. They got it ready for me, I bought it and took it home. There were two of the cars I was looking at in the UK, and they had the closest one. The first visit in the morning went pretty well, when I came back later in the day it was a bit slower. I do have to say the paint protector in the paint package I bought from them is pretty good.

I am looking to buy another car from Nuneaton Car Sales, I’m waiting for the right car to come up on their website. The Nuneaton dealership is quite near my place, and I have used them before. The customer experience was very good, especially with Dan.

I couldn’t fault anything! Conor and the Staff were really helpful and made the experience really positive. The Audi has been brilliant as well.

I'm quite happy with the whole experience, any kind of issue I had was sorted by the staff at Nuneaton. When there was an issue with the name on the V5C they sorted it out for me and could not have been any more helpful. When I saw the Tiguan, I called in and initially spoke with Connor and arranged to view the car. The communication was great throughout the process, as he was busy with a different customer I dealt with Ionica during the sale. I also dealt with Tracy, Ben and Tony, they have all been great throughout the process.
