Everything for the moment has been alright. I did have to bring the car back in to Nuneaton for repairs for a turbo issue, but they sorted it, and up to now the issue hasn't come back around.

Other than needing to replace one of the batteries in the key fob, there haven't been any issues with the car. The customer service from Lily was fine, I felt everything was done quickly and everything was clearly explained properly, so I can't complain.

My Nissan Juke is in perfect condition and for the time I've had it (since November) I'm happy with the car. Charlotte was the saleswoman who looked after me, she was very responsive and I have no complaints.

Jak was absolutely brilliant to deal with while buying me Suzuki. He offered a test drive, there was no hard sell and up to now the car has been going well.

Everything went perfect while I was getting my Ford Fiesta. I was approved for finance before viewing the car so once I saw it and decided to take it, it was a quick turn around. I did have to pick it up later than I would have wanted to because a panel needed fixing but I've got her now and she's been really good. She's much better than what I had before, so I'm happy.

For the time I've had my Smart Forfour, I’m getting on fine with the car so far. Mechanically, it seems fine, but there were a few issues that stood out. There was a crack in the paint, and the car had a strong smell of spray paint or cleaning fluid, which is still noticeable. I also found black spray paint in the boot, which wasn't mentioned and is why I’m not giving 5 stars. Additionally, the car had 2,000 more miles on the clock than advertised, but I did get some money off because of this. Jak was great though, he answered all my questions and was perfectly polite throughout. Despite the issues,

I had a really good experience with Nuneaton Car Sales. All of the staff were polite, and when I came to collect the car, it was presented nicely with no delays. I did have to apply for a V62, but since I had the owner’s slip, it didn’t cost me anything.

I've had my Vauxhall Grandland X since December and up to now I've already added 8000 miles to the clock and all seems to be fine. I wanted a car quick and Clinton was able to do exactly that.
