After having the car for two days, a light came on for the drive chain. However, the staff at Nuneaton got it sorted for me right away. The drive chain just needed some lubrication, and it has been completely fine since. It has been a very standard experience, and I am overall happy with the service I received. Nothing bad to say about the team or the dealership.

Charlotte was well prepared, a true professional, she had all the paperwork ready ahead of time so when we came to collect the car it was a in and out smooth process. She was knowledgeable and explained everything well. The car itself is running well no faults with it. My wife uses it to get to and from work and she's happy with it. It was valetted and prepared for sale. Wouldn't change anything, fantastic service.

Went for a beautiful Evoque, it is a great drive, finally figured out all the buttons haha!! Charlotte was very helpful, we looked around at lots of cars at the dealership and she was patient and didn't rush us at all which made the experience a lot more enjoyable. The car was cleaned and prepared for me. 5 star service.
