I was never pressured or rushed into the sale, and they gave me plenty of time to decide whether I wanted to buy my Audi. This approach impressed me greatly, and it was the primary reason I chose this dealership over others.

When Jacque went on holiday, another lady looked after me during the handover, and although I can’t remember her name, she was fantastic as well! Both were professional, friendly, and made the whole buying experience hassle-free.
