Was a little worried on approaching the site as not the smart looking place I was expecting. I suppose was expecting a modern dealership. With all the bells and whistles Having travelled from Lincolnshire. But my experience was straightforward simple and proficient and positive everything seemed all above board including the vehicle. Was an honest and simple procedure all the way through. Maybe offer the customer a beverage though.

Our daughter is thrilled with her new Audi. Ivan, who assisted us with the purchase, was fantastic; we were not pressured into purchasing the car and were free to make our own decisions about how to proceed.
