I don't have much to review as it was a fairly simple process. I came to Nuneaton Car Sales collected the car and went. I'm happy with my car for the time I've had it.

Obviously it is often better to buy a car in person, but in this instance Nuneaton Car Sales had kept the documents in such good order that I was prepared to take the risk, with additional checks on Autotrader and elsewhere. I reserved and paid for the car online. All the questions I had for the team were answered promptly. Three other things stood out: - Adam made an expert video of the car inside and outside, up close and from far away, showing everything in detail. This built trust. - A polymer coating was applied, and the team did a really good job - The car was delivered to my drive at 7am on the dot, no messing. Generally, this was a slick operation. I think the amount of information they had online really meant I could be more confident about buying online, and then their communication and delivery infrastructure just made the difference. So in terms of sales and delivery, this was a notable and extremely slick operation. Thank you Adam and team.

Will give four out of five . A couple of minor things that weren't noticed with the car and it took ages to be seen on our first visit before we collected the car

Love my car, Ivon was a very nice man very helpful, not so impressed with the car my wife bought. 23 plate fiat 500 spare wheel but no jack so they just got one from another car and put that in there.

The car has been good. The warning lights to change the brakes came on, so I had to replace them. The customer service on the day was great, but because the brakes needed to be replaced, I would give it four stars.

The car is very comfortable. I dealt with Charlotte on the day, who was great, and I also spoke to a few other people before coming to the dealership who were helpful as well. Five stars.

So far so good with our new car from Nuneaton. When it was delivered to us it was spotless and is driving okay. Found the customer service to be very good and efficient
