The car is fantastic. My only complaint would be I didn't get my V5 after 4 weeks, so I had to chase them for it but to be fair they did get it sorted straight away. Face to face the staff were fantastic, they were a bit difficult to get hold of on the phone, but they did call back when they promised to.

The BMW 3 Series has been fantastic. When I first purchased the car, there was an issue with the sound system, but credit to Nuneaton, they handled it very well. I booked into a BMW garage, they fixed it, and I received the reimbursement straight away. I drove to the south of France, did 2,500 miles in it, and the car did not miss a beat. I am very pleased with it.

The car itself has been good, and my experience on the day of the purchase was also good. The salesman took me on a test drive. However, it will be a 4-star rating as I am still waiting for the second key.

When we first collected the Vauxhall Corsa, the clutch broke, but I will say that the aftersales service was brilliant. They got us booked into their garage and completed the work straight away, which made the whole process very easy. The customer service overall was very good, and they are very nice people.

The test drive was great, they just let me go off in the car, take my time without any rush or anyone next to me putting pressure on the sale, it was really enjoyable. The whole process was the same, enjoyable and no pressure it was all really nice and positive.

I dealt with Jack who explained everything in detail and was a very patient young man. I use the car most days - it's absolutely fine for my needs. I haven't had any problems touch wood! I'll give them 4 stars - only because the part ex price they offered wasn't great.

It was actually a quick process - the sales person a who dealt with me was brilliant, we closed the deal quickly. I saw the car on Autotrader, booked an appointment and made the purchase. I'd consider going back there in the future.

I live close by to Nuneaton Car Sales and my daughter in law has had a car previously from there so we went to have a look. I spent a whole day at another dealership and it wasn't a great experience, so I went to Nuneaton and got a car from there instead. The process was really easy I dealt with Ivan who was very helpful. I'd give them 5 stars and I've already recommended them to others!
