Having owned Volkswagens in the past, I already knew how reliable they are, so when I started looking for a new car, I was set on finding another Volkswagen. I checked out a few different models, but the Crossland really ticked all my boxes. After a test drive, I was 100% certain it was the perfect choice for me. The handover process was incredibly smooth; when I arrived, the car was ready and waiting, fully prepared, and even freshly valeted, which I really appreciated.

My new Jaguar F-Pace has been an absolute joy to drive from the moment I got it! The performance is brilliant, and it comes with all the bells and whistles I was hoping for. Lewis was fantastic to work with; throughout the process, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. Even when I ran into an issue with my bank, which got me a bit frustrated, Lewis was patient and supportive, guiding me through everything with ease.

I can't think of any reason not to give the team a 5. I've used the car daily since driving away because I use it for my commute to work and it's been great. Thanks to Ivan I had full confidence in the car because he was very knowledgeable about the Mini, and he was super helpful when showing me all of the controls.
