My Kia was 100 percent as described and presented just as I hoped it to be, I was gobsmacked how clean it was and this really grabbed my attention and sold me on the car. I wish all salesmen were like him and gave you the time you need to think things over rather than saying something like, If you don't buy the car, I'm not bothered because somebody else will, like some dealers sadly do. He made it an easy decision to go ahead with things due to the way that he handled the whole situation. 

Ivan is a genuine guy; he's incredibly chatty and has a natural talent for reading his customers. Ivan effortlessly mirrored how I spoke, which made our interactions feel incredibly comfortable and familiar. It felt less like I was talking to a salesman and more like I was catching up with an old friend. His ability to build rapport is unmatched, and I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Instead of trying to sell me any old car, Ivan took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring I found the perfect match.
