The level of service you receive from the team at this dealership is brilliant! It was a couple of months since I purchased my Ford C-Max but I think the salesman's name was Tim and I couldn't recommend him enough. He was polite from the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment I drove the car home. If you want a genuine and trustworthy salesman, I would recommend asking for Tim.

My BMW 1 Series Sport Shadow Edition is running perfectly, and I'm quite pleased with my choice to go ahead with this spec. The customer service was perfect from David. Honestly, he was nothing but very approachable and professional. After answering some of my questions, he let me take it out on a test drive, which really made the decision-making process a lot easier. For a quick search on the internet, I think it's money well spent.

My wife and I decided to visit the dealership to purchase a Lexus. Being old school, we preferred to be shown the cars in person rather than browsing online. So we made the short trip down to the dealership, and the sales team were more than accommodating and even helped us sort out insurance and tax once we committed to buying the car. We're really enjoying the heated seats, although with the weather warming up, we won't need them much longer! Clinton, who showed me around the car, was great; he didn't pressure me into making a decision, which I was worried about when visiting a new dealership. Ivan and Adam at the dealership were incredibly helpful, especially considering it was my first time buying a car from a dealership so far from home. The Mini I purchased has been fantastic! Because we live 100 miles away, I opted for the warranty for peace of mind, although I doubt we'll need it given how great the car has been. My husband will be looking forward to returning to the dealership at some point for an upgrade himself.

I feel you can tell a lot about a dealership by how they treat you after the sale, and even when I had a few minor problems, Nuneaton car sales were exceptional. Not only did they quickly sort out the issues I had, they also provided me with a courtesy car while my new car was getting sorted. Now that my car has been sorted, it is beautiful to drive. I cannot speak highly enough of Nuneaton Car Sales; they are a company that genuinely cares. I would have no hesitation going back to them in the future.
