Based on my recent experience at Nuneaton Car Sales, I can 100% recommend and confidently say I will be back... at some point, not just yet ahah! Would absolutely give the team a 10. A few points which I found really lovely – No pressure sales, no pressure on the warranty options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and you had a good range of cars. I got the impression that if I wanted to test drive every car it would not have been an issue. The paying for the car, and the collection were easily arranged, and again I felt no pressure to arrange a date as soon as possible. Overall, my husband and I found your team amazing, and when my husband decides to change his car, he has said he is going to look at your team as the first option. Just amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. There were a couple of niggles with the car that we asked to be remedied before we picked up – the main one for me that I was surprised by was the back door handle interior had a large dent and a small piece missing, we asked for it to be sealed so wouldn’t deteriorate further, instead it was changed – that was more than I was expecting. No issues with the Kuga, and I am aware that should there be any we did take the option for the two year warranty which when explained by the team and the extent it covers reassured me immensely as I was immensely risk adverse due to issues I had with a car I bought elsewhere only a year before. So essentially – thank you for making it a painless and risk-free process.

My Mini Clubman has been great since I've had it! Me and my partner are really enjoying the drive, and we think it is probably one of the nicest cars that we have owed. Jak salesman on the day, honestly he was great from start to finish, he explained all of the paperwork, let us test drive the car and it has been great.

After having some complications with a slow puncher, my car is running perfectly! It is the first time having an electric car, so I'm still getting use to the different driving style and the gadgets that come with the car but overall It has been a great experience with Nuneaton. Thank you to Clinton who was always on the other end of the phone when I had an issue.

First time visiting this dealership, and I'm more than happy with the service that I was provided. The car is in great condition and is running just as I would expect it. I would only knock a point off as I didn't get a bouquet of flowers on arrival 😊

These guy were so helpful, polite, and very nice to deal with. I bought a lovely BMW 2 Series and I love it. If these guys were closer I would 100% use them again, its just the long distance... I wish they were closer!

I think it says a lot about a business when they care as much after the sale as they did when selling to you. The service level I received were always top form. I had an issue with my 1 Series after buying it, it was something to do with the vanos valve, I spoke to Jak about it and the next day it was booked into the service department to be fixed, I couldn't believe how helpful he was in getting it sorted for me, and so quickly too. Jak was lovely and really kind when I was buying the car, it was nice to deal with a nice genuine salesman. Me and my mum did give him a run for his money, we were all over everything and every time, he delivered. He was really attentive and always came back to us with anything we needed, he was literally on hand to help with anything. Nothing was too much bother he was really really helpful and just a genuinely nice guy doing the best he could for us. I'm so so so pleased with my BMW, its such a lovely car, I chose it in white, so keeping it clean will be a task haha! Thank you to Jak and everybody at Nuneaton Car Sales, the whole thing couldn't have gone any better, and that's even with an issue to start with!
