I bought a lovely discovery off of NWS Motor Company back in May having only used it a handful of times for towing I'm very disappointed to have already put two new tyres on it, a new battery, starter motor, a warning light has now appeared something about ACE when I google it and, if that's not enough I've just driven it home and the the clutch pedal hit the floor and it won't go in to gear so, looks like I've been well and truly done over. Shame they didn't give me the 12 months warranty they promised on sale and ended up being 6 months.
In July I went to NWS Motor Company and purchased an Alpha Romeo. The car was clean and in good condition but the turbo has blown 3 times already and has been back in the garage for more time than I have had the vehicle in my possession. I would not recommend this dealership.

NWS Motor Company have been brilliant, the way they have handled problems since the sale particularly stands out. When I had a fault with the car they quickly took it in to resolve the issue free of charge, they lent us courtesy car in the meantime and were very nice about the whole thing. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

NWS Motor Company is a good dealership overall they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I think the vehicle I purchased was definitely good value for money, although I did have a couple of issues with my car they were all resolved in the end.- all resolved.

NWS Motor Company are an independent used car specialist based in Whitchurch, Shropshire. They currently have over 25 cars in stock from saloons to SUV's from a variety of manufacturers. All cars are sold with a 12 month MOT, 6 month warranty and finance plans can be arranged. Part exchanges are welcome at this dealrship for those wanting to trade in their existing vehicle. Car maintenence services such as MOT testing and car servicing is available on site. If you are considering visiting this dealership they are open Monday to Saturday with viewing appointments available between 7pm and 10pm.
