From start to finish Tom Hill my sales exec was honest and professional. He was informative but not pushy. The overall experience of viewing and purchasing the car was a positive one. I did purchase the extended warranty but I was not pushed in to it. After purchase there was a small issue with the oil ( too much) Oakdene asked me to take it to a garage I trusted where the mechanic sorted it and Tom had the money transferred to me for payment immediately. My experience up to now has been nothing short of excellent and I would recommend highly.

Oakdene Collection collected the car, gave a courtesy car and then dropped the car back to my home with everything all sorted. Andy has been nothing short of great.
