I would like to express my concern regarding the Range Rover Vogue I purchased at the end of March from oakdene collection. On September 22nd, I brought the vehicle to Group1 Land Rover Derby for servicing. Following the service, the car began experiencing an underboost fault. Despite nearly a month of investigation, Land Rover was unable to identify the issue. They then sought technical assistance from Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), who dispatched a technician to inspect the vehicle. The technician discovered that the car had been remapped and the DPF had been removed from the car's computer system. It appears that Oakdene Collection sold me a car with these modifications, and they are currently not accepting responsibility. I believe they should have thoroughly inspected the car before the sale. Prior to this, the car had other issues, such as cracked wheels, which were replaced, and an airbag light that kept illuminating, which was eventually fixed. However, this situation seems to be significantly more serious. Land Rover costing me now £5150, make sure you check your car properly before facing huge costy issues from this garage.

From start to finish Jordan Price was completely honest and upfront with the whole deal, There was an issue on the handover (with my vehicle not there’s) and Jordan was quick to ensure it could be dealt with little fuss. The car was immaculate, to the point you’d think it had just come off the production line. I would 100% recommend this dealership.
