Very dissatisfied with the servis i got from these coyboys noticed when i paid the deposit on the car i bought had a front tyre that was just on the limit was told that it w6 be changed when i picked it up went to the garage to fill up with air only to discover that what they had done was changed the wheel from the front to the back of the car also had the car checked when i got home was told needed some work done to fix the problem only to be told by them was an easy fix all they had to do was delete itwith a map crap would never go anywhere near this place again had my money didn't care 💩💩💩💩only put one star because it would not let me put none

Phoned on a Sunday mornin to see if i could look at a Mercedes E350 they had in stock and Kirstyn replied she would have it ready for a test drive when i arrived there. After a test drive (which i loved), i agreed to buy it and Kirstyn said she would sort out out a few problms that i had noticed on the test drive so a deal was struck. It took a while to get the repaires sorted but that was fine as i was kept in touch as everything was carried out and when all was ready i picked up a superb car with a years service a full MOT. When arriving at Oaklands, it can be a squeeze to park, however, what is lovely is you are left to happily wander around the forecourt at your leisure to look at the cars, without a salesperson jumping down your throat. Once you have found a car you like, you go into a very friendly office where they are happy to answer any questions you may have. Test drives can happen on the same day, as long as you have your driver's license on you. The best part, is you are left to the test drive yourself, without having a salesperson still trying to sell you the car sitting next to you. My husband and I were able to look over every inch of the car, test drive it, and ask questions, without feeling any pressure whatsoever, which was a great feeling. When we asked questions to Kirsten (Sorry if that's not how you spell her name), if she did not know, she would find out for you and not just guess. Gave you a real piece of mind. Went to pick up the care today 04.08.22 and the finance company (external, not one of theirs), where messing us around endlessly. Ella and Shane professionally dealt with them, made me feel comfortable for the 3 hours I sat there, and were really friendly and chatty, Shane even gave me a lift home, whilst we were waiting for the final payout to happen. They literally have gone the extra mile for me and I am very grateful. Would highly recommend this garage.

We recently bought a car from Oaklands @ Clevedon. We found everyone friendly and helpful. We dealt with Kirstyn to do the deal. She was very knowledgable and efficient. Once we found the car we were interested in we were allowed to take it for a drive ourselves. The car was a great drive and we went onto to do a deal. We felt they were very fair about our car and the deal we did. We arranged to come back and exchange cars. Everything was ready as arranged. They were very helpful and sorted the necessary forms with us. The whole experience was made very efficient by them from start to finish.
