Been looking for racing blue with under 10k miles, a single owner, and in near-new condition - sounded too good to be true when I saw it on Autotrader. Swallowed my stereotypes and phoned up. James answered, and to my surprise, he didn't sound like a typical car salesman trying to flog me a lemon. answered every question, and based on his candid responses and the photos, the deal seemed to good to be true. He mentioned that most of his customers buy cars without seeing them first. I still didn’t want to take any chances so wanted to see the car first etc Went to Birmingham and realised the car wasn't just "as described"; it was better than he claimed. James wasn't pushing extras or trying to upsellI asked him to arrange a dashcam fitting, and his guy did a top-notch job at a fair price. I didn’t even test drive the car or anything – as it was clear this was a looked after car Deposit paid, and a few days later, the car arrived on a trailer, delivered by two legends, George and Carl, even though they bought the rain. The car was, as promised, as new condition, detailed/cleaned and came with a full tank of fuel - the delivery was utterly no-nonsense. My only real criticism? James isn't going to win any beauty contests, bless him. But George and Carl? They should seriously have their own TV show – maybe even reboot Top Gear… Honestly, if you're in the market for a high-end sports or executive car, James is your man. He might lack charm and good looks, but his cars are exactly as described – if not better. Don't let the Birmingham location put you off; the after-service is brilliant, and I can't fault a single bit.
