Initial service at Oakwood Motor Company was good before you buy the car by salesman Danny. However, show room customer service is poor not even offered a coffee while waiting. Test drive are not long enough just round the block. After sales service disgusting, never return your call, you have to chase them several times. Excuses is they are very busy, they need to employ more sales people. I hope i have made the right decision buying a car from this garage, time will tell.

We have been looking for a Nissan Juke for a few weeks, viewed a few at other garages and were let down by the condition of the cars. We saw the one advertised at Oakwood, and went to view it straight away. We were met by Jason who was really friendly and we arranged a test drive, after the test drive we arrange to buy the car and trade in our old Nissan. Thanks to Oakwood we have a new car we both love. John Kershaw

Poor customer service, avoid the warranty package Oakwood Motor Company state as a must have warranty. Charged me £1000 for this, with very little or no cover. Maximum claim £1000 for a warranty costing the same amount & weasel their way out of paying any claim. Take your business elsewhere is my best advice, I know I will in the future.

Went to buy a 2016 black Audi A7 upon collection one tyre almost bald even though car just MOTD????? and no service history at all even though at time advertised as FSH then upon inspection APR different to agreed by email Walked away wouldn’t deal with Oakwood Motor Company.

We drove 350 miles to view another car at another company but sadly couldn't purchase so we found another ideal car at oakwood motor company, felt very welcome from the start and the salesman although fairly new to his job accommodated us very well and I feel he genuinely wanted to help us find the right deal being a salesman myself I knew what to look for and obviously 3rd party warranties for used cars can be a little difficult this option was not pushed onto me but was a small percentage of the value so we took it anyway and even if we never claim it's a little piece of mind

I have recently purchased an A4 Audi from Oakwood Motor Company, it was a car I needed for my work. I was very pleased with the Audi I also took out a 3 year Warranty which cost me £800. After having the car for 3 weeks I was offered a new job with a company car, I contacted Oakwood Motors to see if they would buy it back off me, I had only done 500 miles in it. The Sales Manager understood my predicament and would see what could be done. He stated that he would contact me some time later that day, this never happened. I contacted him the following Monday to remind him had any development been made, he stated he would get back to me the following day, this also never happened. I had to go to Oakwood the week later to see them, the sales Manager Liam stated that it would be up to the owner, Christian to decide. I stated that even if I lost money selling it back to them, they could resell it to someone else. He stated that he would look into this and get back to me, this has never happened. I contact them on Thursday 8th Feb to see if there had been any update, I spoke to one of their sales team, when they asked me who I was and what was it about, he stated that both Liam and Christian was not available and could I ring back later. I have rung them back a number of times and they will not respond to my calls. I feel very let down on the after service of this company, they are first class at taking your money but when it comes to having a look at my predicament, all they have done is fobbed my off and not had the decency or courage to come back to me with a decision. I understand that it is their prerogative to make a decision but their lack of integrity really shows what type of used car dealers they are. All I wanted was honesty so I could make other arrangements to sell my car, instead I have been led a merry dance. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a car from this lot.

Very pleased with the service from Oakwood, everyone was friendly and polite. We had a laugh which made the process faster and more enjoyable. Excellent!!!

If you want good customer service,avoid this garage, the customer care is zero! My husband reserved a car for us to pick up at 10 am on Saturday morning as a birthday present for my self. We arrived at 9.45 to pay & pick up the car, after a 50 mile trip. On arrival we were told that they had just sold it to another customer, which was still in progress! The customer service was terrible to say the least, we were just left stood there like dummies,the sales man did not offer any other alternatives or try to help us in anyway and progressed with the sale of they car to the other customer. On complaining to the manager on what had happened (who was very ignorant with a careless attitude) we were told,,i don't know what you want me to do about it! At the very least somebody could of helped us or offered us to look at alternative cars after being let down so badly but instead we were just left stood there! I have never come across such terrible service.
