The guys at Ocean BMW in Torbay went out of their way to win my business. They offered great deals, were very responsive to my many questions and made me feel like they wanted and valued me as a customer. This was more than I can say for other dealers I contacted. I did not end up getting the car in the end, but, if you are in the market for a BMW then I recommend contacting these guys.

I was planning to buy brand new. BMW Series 3 from Ocean Torbay BMW. Couple of times I called them and my phone is transferred to the Plymouth branch (don't know why). Anyway, after discussing over phone for half an hour I came to know branch is not in Paignton. Well they promised me that they will send my requirement to Paignton office and someone will contact me soon. After waiting for 4-5 days for a call, I rang them. Again they took my requirements and promised me that they will give me rough quote about price and finance option in 2-3 hours or latest by next day. Again waited for few days and called them again. Same promise they made but haven't got any call or mail. Finally, I booked my car with other dealer. Never heard or seen such unprofessional attitude from sales team especially when they are getting business. I also run business so I can understand how bad sales team can harm business specially when competition is so fierce and customers have so many choices. I strongly think they need to fire their lazy unworthy sales team and look for some enthusiastic goal driven people. At least for now they lost 1 good sale.
