Paul at Open Road Cars was so helpful went extra mile for me. No pressure like many which is what I liked. I really felt I trusted him from start / first meeting him. Very knowledgable and quick on the mark to get things done. Would certainly use him again!

My daughter bought her first car from Paul which was a fiat 500, from start to now he has been so good with her and patient, having taken the car away there ended up been a few problems nothing of Paul's doing however as soon as we have contacted him he has had us take the car in dealt with the problems and ensured the car is back on the road and safe for her. I fully appreciate this as it is her first car and the fact he did not need to do things that he has. I cannot thank him enough and would always recommend him to family and friends. Stay away they wasted my time had me drive all the way from manchester to see the campervan I was viewing drive past me. They had sold it while I was on my way. I wasted time and petrol money. Paul was the man who made these arrangements then kindly got someone else to give me the news. There unprofessional and if I was you stay clear.

I bought a mercedes from open road cars with a long list of faults. car was described as "in excellent condition". took them to court , result was they lost the case and repaid me for the car plus court costs.
