Went to view a Nissan Juke on Saturday and picked it up Monday! Paul was really helpful and friendly, answered any questions we needed, wasn’t pushy but was there if we needed anything. He managed to get a service done at short notice and had it ready to pick up on the Monday afternoon. Not only are they recommended by us but by our 9 year old car mad son was more than impressed and his dream came true when he was allowed to sit in the ‘Bentley’ - a car of his dreams!

Paid for a polo 1.4, good little car. 3 month warranty with it saw me get a couple of things checked. All good.

Brought a peugeot 208 from here a few months ago. I’ve since had to pay over £500 for repairs and have had constant issues with it. Tried to liaise with open road and they’re not interested in the slightest in helping. The car is only 7 years old, faulty and completely not ‘fit for purpose’ whatsoever. No offer of a replacement or refund. Shambolic service. Do not buy from here.

Both Paul & Sean were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble they allowed me me to take a couple of different car for a couple of days. so I could decide properly which car I wanted to buy, they even gave me a courtesy car while mine was ready.. They MOT‘d, serviced, valeted and rectified a couple of issues with car at no cost to me, so it was perfect when I collected it. I cannot recommend Open Road Cars enough, great people to buy a car from.

Traveled from The Wirral to Bradford to purchase what turned out to be the best Toyota Supra out there. Prior to travelling had several messages with Paul who was both very informative and helpful to assist in sorting out a deal before I left home. On arrival we were made to feel welcome, while all arrangements were made for the purchase of the car to be as smooth as possible. As you can imagine I had a long drive home which gave me a good chance to check the car out but I am still trying to find a fault with the car but have not done so yet.
